Cozy on Cayuga is a remodeled three-bedroom lakefront home on Cayuga Lake’s northwestern shore. With wide water views, a private six-person hot tub, seasonal dock, fire pit, and multiple outdoor spaces, the property is designed for families and small groups exploring the Finger Lakes.



The open-concept main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, white cabinetry, island seating, and a farmhouse dining table. Sliding doors connect the lake-view living room and queen sleeper sofa to the balcony.



Sleeping arrangements:



* Upstairs bedroom: King bed with lake views

* Upstairs bedroom: Queen bed with garden views

* Lower-level suite: King bed, ensuite bathroom, and direct patio access

* Living room: Queen sleeper sofa



The home includes two full bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub and shower combination, while the lower-level bathroom includes a walk-in shower. Hair dryers are provided.



Outside, guests have access to the lakefront balcony, patio, grassy lawn, fire pit, seasonal dock, and six-person hot tub. The dock may be used for fishing, but availability depends on seasonal water levels and is not guaranteed.



Nearby attractions include Seneca Falls, the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail, and Taughannock Falls State Park. A personal vehicle is recommended, and local limousine services are available for winery tours.

* Maximum parking: Two vehicles

* Boat trailers are not permitted.

* Lower-level stairs have narrow treads and may not suit guests with mobility limitations.

* The home is not wheelchair accessible.

* Small dogs are permitted with a $75 fee per dog, limited to two.

* Guests must remove and properly dispose of all pet waste.

* Indoor smoking is prohibited.

* Guests must provide propane for the grill.

* Air conditioning, outdoor furniture, watercraft, and the dock are seasonal from May 15 through October 15, when specified as available.

* Exterior security cameras monitor the property; there are no interior cameras.

* Early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated.
