Cute little rooms backed off the hwy so quiet also. If the had quicker communication between Vacsa and the off site manager things would be smoother. We had a bathroom issue that seemed to take a long time to work out while we are trying to leave for son's wedding
But these cute little rooms are comfortable, clean and have extra towels!! They could use updated toilets, those short little toilets they have are brutal for taller people.
We would try again if in area. Great coffee shop a couple hundred yards away
NO PERSON ON SITE!!!! They give you codes to get into the rooms- great if it works. Then they give you a lockbox code to get a master key just in case the codes do not work- great if there was a key in the box. Took 45 minutes on the phone with Vacasa to get a regional manager to get us the master code for the door. It worked, thank goodness!!!! But it was a definite uneasy feeling with a master key missing during our stay. Not secure in my opinion. We miss Cathy who used to own this place. It is clean - very clean. Just not secure IMO
What a gem!
It looks like an everyday roadside motel but wow, the insides of the rooms are fantastic.
Highly recommend this property. We couldn't find anything near Sequim that was affordable during Lavender fest weekend and found this place so decided to give it a try and I am very glad that we did.
There is a ton of hiking close by so we took advantage of it getting out on a few trails.
It was so great to come back to the room after our day out and relax in a space that was super clean, very comfortable and actually affordable.
They have a couple BBQ's for public use and lovely covered picnic table areas.
Highly recommend.
This older motel has been nicely updated with modern furnishings - BUT. There is no on site support staff. The email that contained the TEN digit access code, wifi codes, etc., would not print more than the first of several pages. The access code didn't work, so I had to use a different code to access a lock box to get a key. The TV was disconnected from wifi, so I had to stumble around trying to find the router to reset. (It's a square box that I thought was a night light). Once the TV was on, apparently you can't watch live TV unless you have a Google account. I have one, but I didn't remember my password, so couldn't watch local channels. Check out is 10 a.m. - a little early.
For days Iâd beg Vacasa, the management company, to send housekeeping. The worst was when it took five days to get clean sheets after my three year old had an accident.
Vacasa was not an impressive company to work with. Iâd never want to stay at another one of their properties.
Stayed for one night, the cleaning fee tacked on was 125% the price of the room! Room was clean but the dispenser was out of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Called the âagentsâ( because itâs a remotely managed property) to get it resolved but was told that the local team would bring it (never did). Oh and spiders everywhere.
The bed and bedding and the location were good. The price went from $79 t0 $189 while making reservation, the weat wouldn't work and no one would answer the phone at Vacasa. The room was cheap but clean.
Cozy little place with great shower pressure , microwave and mini fridge. Was slightly disappointed with the heat. Thermostat said it could be set to 80 but it kept shutting off around 70.
