Only a 5-min driving distance to the city’s historic French Quarter, this 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathroom newly renovated spacious townhouse has a huge floor plan, features custom interiors with lots of natural sunlight, and is equipped with modern appliances to make your stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

Located only a short walking distance to the famous Magazine St and St Charles, Ave, this house is in the Central Business District (CBD) of NOLA and is known as one of the most exciting neighborhoods in the city boasting some of the country's best dining options, music venues, and a vibrant nightlife. As a cherry on top of your vacation sundae, you’ll be practically a 5 min ride from French Quarter’s world-famous jazz clubs, eateries, bars, and bistros. If you don’t feel like driving the 5 min to the French Quarter, hop on St. Charles Streetcar (trolley) that will take you straight down to the entertainment headquarters of the world. Location-wise, this doesn’t get any better than this!

If you are up for a fun night out, Harrah's New Orleans is a casino located a mile from your condo. It is a 115,000 sq ft casino with approximately 2,100 slot machines, over 90 table games, and a poker room. There are several places to eat ranging from buffet-style to fine dining.

Fun times in NOLA! This VRBO was in a great area with lots of dining options and easy parking. The property had lot of charm and nice touches. One drawback was that the ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn't work. A very nice property!

It was a nice and clean home. Easy access to different areas. Only complaint was empty shampoo bottles in the showers and no soap to shower with. Easy access only complete shampoo bottles no soap in the showers and bathrooms.

The townhouse is beautiful the location is off the beaten path so it’s pretty quiet - the pool looked super clean (it was still too cold to jump in) we enjoyed our stay but if you are looking to be in walking distance it’s about an hour walk to bourbon st and French quarter area. Nothing wrong with that there are trolleys throughout to use as well. (We had to uber a lot however just for the purpose of not waiting) but great place to stay thank you!

Check in was smooth. The property was clean and centrally located. The internet, television, and master bedroom ceiling fan were not working on arrival. Someone was dispatched quickly and supposedly fixed the television and internet. It was not working again by the time we got home that evening and tried to use it. Disappointing.

We loved the location, on the edge of the garden district. We could walk or run down the trolly line, walk to the WW11. Short drive to Frenchmen's street.

Sugar Bowl Visit

Beautiful condo - spacious, clean, nicely decorated with nice backyard. The area is in transition with a lot of new housing going up, but there are still remnants of a tough area. Wouldn’t walk at night alone, although we did feel safe inside.

Visit to NOLA

This was a comfortable home for the four of us. There is a half bath on the first floor and a nice outdoor space for sitting in the mornings. We had no issues parking on the street in front of the home. The St. Charles trolley is very close. There is a cute little rum bar across the street.

Location was easy to get to. Difficult time finding pool. Not connected to townhouse. Had to contact property manager to find pool. Home was clean and comfortable. Convenient rum bar across the street was a plus!

Property was nice and convenient

Clean and convenient. We were able to walk to many of our destinations. The trolley is just a few blocks away. Be careful of the management company. Instructions don't come until the day before you travel and check-in and check-out process instruction emails were different and contradicted each other. Make no assumptions that they are receiving your requests.

Location was amazing and love the house set up and the shower with the tub inside of it super nice!! Not that it matter because we didn’t even need pool with location providing so much other to do but couldn’t get into pool area. Over all I will stay again amazing place

Was disappointed in this property for the price we paid. The pictures were really not accurate. The pool is a shared pool that honestly felt like we were in someone else’s backyard. The patio furniture was run down and pieces missing. There was a door missing off the laundry room. There was no comforter on one of the king beds, only sheets. Lots of wall damage and stains on the couch (which is different from what was pictured). There were hand prints on the glass on the primary bath door. The living room remote had no back and several of the buttons did not work. The host was responsive and got the front porch light working, but the other issues were not resolved. Internet was not working for the last half of our stay (we admittedly did not report this). It has the potential to be a cute house, and the location is great. The beds were very comfortable. But they lost points for me on the details and the shape the house was actually in compared to the pictures.
