Luxury a block and half from the beach, pet and family-friendly

Bluewater Breeze is a luxury home 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and an hour drive to the theme parks of Orlando. Gorgeously decorated with all the amenities you can think of including a tiki Bar, smart tvs in the 3 bedrooms, game room with wii system, foosball and large screen tv, bbq, corn hole, bikes, beach gear and more. This is no ordinary rental with a sparsely equipped kitchen either. There are high end appliances including insta-pot, blender, slow cooker, plenty of dishes and pots and pans and utensils making cooking at home a breeze yet close to lots of great restaurant and night life should you want to go out. Our beaches are beautiful, not crowded and free parking is plentiful should you choose not to walk the block and a half. Its located in a safe quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac. Your luxury beach get away is more affordable than ever!

Perfect for spring break

Plenty of room for kids, parents, and grandparents with good access to beach, grocery, restaurants and shops. Quieter (and perfect) area compared to cocoa beach.

Comfortable family time

Great stay !!!! The home is perfect for everyone to enjoy comfortable little spots for everyone to enjoy ! Pretty close to everything Cocoa beach was about 25 minutes away and Melbourne was about 15 close to everything you need ,very comfortable home

The property was very roomy. The nautical theme was very relaxing. It was very close to the beach. It was perfect for what we needed. Host was easy to communicate with and replied quickly. I would recommend to a friend.👍👍

Bluewater time

The house was great! Well stocked and clean. Host even had soap, shampoo, TP, and other supplies to get you started. Plenty of beach supplies in the garage...and not old rusted out chairs and broken toys, but nice things including a wagon and tent. We had 6 adults for 3 weeks and 4 additional college students at various times and had plenty of room. Wifi had great signal for us all to work from various locations in and outside the house. Host was quick to respond to questions and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend this property!

Needs a lot of work

This home has potential however it needs a lot of indoor & outdoor maintenance. Plumbing, electric, landscape trimming a must to enjoy bar area. The pictures do not match reality. Horrible beds, a lot of things breaking or don’t work. Would not return. Owner is nice and quick to respond but needs to take care of this rental alot!

I’m sorry you did not have a good experience. I had the pipes snaked but unfortunately, it turns out the pipe was broken under the house and as a result, we just finished having the house repiped throughout. The plumbing is working well now. Things break, I wish I had known about the issues while you were there, I would have sent a plumber or called the Gardner to address the issues you had. I do have a Gardner who is supposed to be coming weekly so I will call and make sure he is aware that the bushes were becoming overgrown. I’m not sure what electric problems you were having. I did discover a light bulb that burned out but as I am usually only at the rental in the daytime, I did not know about it until I happened to be there at night and needed a light on. Maybe that is what you are referring to as an electrical problem? I don’t know about things that are broken until guests tell me or my maid discovers them and I am quick to fix them or at least as quick as I can be but if I don’t know about the issues, I don’t know to address them. I have 5 stars in almost every category from every guest review on all platforms from the time I opened a year ago. I am sorry I could not meet your expectations.

We were pleased with the space for us to spread out, supplies in the kitchen and soaps, shampoos, and conditioners in the bathrooms. Added bonus for having beach towels, wagon, chairs and cooler for the beach. The play house outside was fun for the younger one, however it needs some tic to replace boards and pound in nails. The outside shower wasn't working, which would have helped get the sand off before going in the house.

3 day stay

We were a family of 10. Age range from 12 to 79. We all loved the house. The Wii game console, table football and the things for the beach were great for entertaining the teenagers. Would recommend.

Clean & Spacious

Bluewater Breeze was very clean (super important) and there was plenty of space, except the master baths (not a game changer, having 3 bathrooms was more important for us). I wouldn't consider the house to be luxury - it's an older home in the process of being updated - but this also wasn't an issue for our stay. Carisa was a very responsive host and took care of a minor situation that came up promptly. Overall, I'd recommend the rental.

Cutest house, short walk to beach!

This house was amazing! Decorated so so very cute. Super clean and comfortable. Location is awesome. Beach is right there and walking distance. Umbrellas, wagon, cooler and canopy in garage for the beach was such a great added guest convenience. Walmart and Starbucks just around the corner as well as a ton of other places so again convenient location. Lots of extra pillows and blankets. There was an unopened air mattress that came in so clutch & we left another one there so now there’s 2. Check in and out was easy. 100% recommend and would stay again!

I am a wife of 25 years and the mom of 3 wonderful boys. Hobbies between the 5 of us include piano, drumming, rock climbing, yo-yoing, real estate (of course!), engineering, animals, travel and cooking/fine dining.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is the first to be professional designed and decorated. If I didn't already love my own home, I'd move here in an instant! It has everything you need for a great vacation with a larger group. You could rent 4-5 hotel rooms for 3x the cost, but why? You have privacy, room to meet together as a group, cooking and bbq at home, space for the kids to play and a short walk to the beach. As far as I'm concerned, taking a group vacation is sooo much better at a beautiful house rental!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Privacy, comfort, style, (Did I mention 5 smart big screen tvs?), tiki bar, sunbathing, corn hole! bikes, washer dryer, fireplace, 2 fridges, play house with slide and chalkboard, lots of beach gear and a cart to haul it all there, pet friendly and kid friendly! Plenty of linens, clean and all around awesome!
