THE SPACE
Home is located off Bruce and Ocean Road on Third Street in the East Beach Community. We offer all one level living. Living space is an open family room to the kitchen and dining areas. The family room offers a large screen smart TV 2 and two comfy reclining sofas. Kitchen is nicely equipped with a single serve and drip style coffee maker.
Bedroom Layout: Off of the family room is a guest bedroom with a queen size bed and a TV. Laundry closet is in the hall with a stacked washer and dryer.
In the back is the primary bedroom with King Bed, TV and adjoining bathroom with shower. Primary bedroom has a sliding door with access to the back courtyard.
Off of the kitchen area is a hall to an additional guest bedroom with a bunk bed (single on top, double on the bottom) and a TV.
Across the hall is a shared bathroom with a single vanity and combo tub/shower. At the end of the hall is a second bedroom suite with a king size bed, TV and adjoining bathroom with shower only. Second bedroom also has access to the back courtyard.
Located in the back courtyard is a screened in porch set up for dining and a gas grill.
Pets are not allowed.
We supply a starter supply of bath soaps, laundry detergent and dish detergent.
Linens and bath towels provided.
Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.
Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
