Our unit is just steps from the community pool and a brief, scenic stroll to the ocean. A 3-minute walk takes you across our private neighborhood boardwalk, weaving through a protected coastal marsh directly onto the wide, flat sands of East Beach.

You are an easy walk away from the island's most iconic dining spots:

* Crabdaddy's Seafood Grill & The Crab Trap (Island institutions)

* The King and Prince Resort (Oceanfront dining and drinks)

* Local Tip: Skip the restaurant traffic and the search for a parking space. Walk to Crabdaddy's, put your name down (they still don't do reservations, love it), head to the King and Prince lobby bar for a beachfront martini while you wait for a text, and enjoy a night swim in the pool after you walk home!

* Master Suite: Premium Queen bed with an attached wheelchair-accessible bathroom.

* Guest Bedroom: Two comfortable Twin beds perfect for kids or friends.

* Living Area: Bright, open-concept space featuring a living room sleeper sofa.

* Important Occupancy Note: While the sleeper sofa allows the condo to accommodate up to 6 guests, the home is most comfortably enjoyed with smaller groups. If your party includes more than 4 guests, please keep in mind that the shared living space may feel cozier during your stay. We encourage you to consider your group's comfort and space preferences when determining the best fit for your vacation.

* Private Balcony: Covered outdoor space for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

* Beach Gear Bonus! We are now partnered with Vayk Life, a beach equipment rental company, and can arrange to have chairs, umbrellas, and other beach accessories delivered right to your unit if your stay is under fifteen days during the months of March thru October. Specific arrangements vary, but you will receive an email with instructions as to how to utilize your credit.

* Load Up The Wagon! Whether you use the VayK Life to procure beach gear or you bring your own, please help yourself to our new beach wagon to aide in the schlep down to the shore! The wagon is located in the second bedroom closet. Just return it when you're done!
