We very much enjoyed our stay at this cute little condo. Everything was very well maintained, the beds were very comfortable, the sheets soft and the location was top notch. It was very well appointed and we would for sure stay again in the future!!

The condo was exactly as pictured and needed. We came with our 1 year old and the easy access to beach was a big factor. Easily will book again next time in Port A.

We love "Seas the Day" at Coral Cay. Kara is a great host. The property is quiet, close to the beach and the amenities are clean and well kept.

We had a fantastic Stay! Easy Access to the Beach, beautiful and well appointed space! We accidentally left cloths in the dryer, and our host, Kara, contacted us and will be sending the items we left. Highly recommended!

A beautiful spot for family fun and relaxation! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, we like to cook some of our meals and were able to do it there with no issues. Location was ideal, in the golf cart district, and just a few steps from the beach, which was perfect for our daily walks along the shore. The community was overall quiet but had plenty of families staying there, so it was a nice balance. The buildings are well kept. We did not try the pool, but it was conveniently located directly across from the unit. Plenty of parking, clean and safe area in the heart of Port Aransas. Would love to stay there again!

It's so close to Sandfest we walked there two days. It's nice and quiet and away from traffic so you can enjoy the sounds of the ocean from your balcony.

Port Aransas Beach house Stay

Enjoyed our stay at this condo. Came down for a three day weekend of fishing on the flats and relaxation. My wife Tonya, a very accomplished interior designer, loved the place. Only thing we missed was a cocktail table and chairs on the back porch. Kitchen was very well appointed and used one of the community grilles by the pool to grille our fresh caught trout Friday night. It’s a place we would book again.

Lovely Beach Getaway

This condo is perfect for a trip to Port A. It’s walking distance to the beach which was a big plus for us. It’s a quick drive to all the port a restaurants. The coffee and essentials for cooking were much appreciated. The complex itself is nothing fancy but the view, location, and comfort provided are well worth it. Our almost two year old loved walking to the beach and the condo is very family friendly. Thank you for opening up your place and we hope to rent again!

Great condo

Seas the Day condo was so well appointed and has such great style. The beds were so comfy and all the linens were extremely nice. The condo is an easy stroll down the private boardwalk to the beach. Inside it has a new kitchen with everything you could need to cook any kind of meal. The bedrooms had plenty of good pillows and there were tons of fresh clean towels, including beach towels. The host was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Charming, Close to the Beach

We were very impressed with the nice furnishings. I was impressed with the Pottery Barn Towels and nice bedding. The proximity to the beach was awesome! We parked our vehicle and seldom drove from the Condo. We walked out the back door across the dunes on a bridge and found ourselves on the beach. Very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and have already recommended it several times!

Excellent!

We had a mother-son weekend. 2 moms, 2 boys (both 5 yrs old) We had an excellent time! The condo is beautiful! Comfortable and cozy!! Check in was a breeze! The location is perfect! The walk to the beach is short and the amenities of town were a short drive away! Would definitely recommend and we will be back for sure!

Location, comfort

We’ve stayed several places in port a over the years and return here for two reasons: location (backs up to the berm on the beach with private boardwalk access) and comfort. We’ve stayed in places with lumpy mattresses, too-small sofas, etc, making it uncomfortable to relax or leaving us with a sore back for a four hour drive home. I also aappreciate that the owners are very responsive to messages. Overall it’s a great location with comfortable furniture and plenty of linens and responsive owners.

Beautiful beach mermaid haven

The place was beautifully decorated, clean and more spacious than originally thought for the photos online. There were so many things there to make the stay comfortable. The only thing that I would suggest is a little extra toilet paper and cotton sheets for the king bed. I am not a fan of microfiber, and it was very hot but other than that everything was really great. Thank you so much I would love to book again in the future.

Ants!

Everything was good. Easy checkin process. Tons of toys / games for kiddos. Condo is fairly recently updated. My guess would be after Hurricane Harvey. Pools are outdated. Full sun. Condo was nice. Only issue we had was guest room had ants all over bed. After moving bed, come to find it hadn’t been cleaned in sometime and there was a cookie or sweet that was left from prior guests. Ants swarmed at night. Kara had maintenance team come by. He was just going to only spray poison. Was not interested in that solution as my 18 month was all over the place. So I swept and mopped myself. I will give it to her they did try to resolve but they didn’t look for root cause. For 800 bucks for two nights, next time in Port A I’ll stay elsewhere that would check under beds.
