ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Prior to arrival, the HOA requires the first and last name of each individual staying at the property and IDs will be checked at the front desk when checking in
- The community is currently undergoing brick repair until further notice. It will involve noise from 9-5 only on weekdays
- The Aransas Princess boardwalk to the beach is being reconstructed to be ADA-compliant (no steps) and will be environmentally improved so it does not affect the protected sand dunes. The construction will likely take 3-4 months starting in February 2025. There is an alternative route to the beach area either by foot, rented golf cart, or motor vehicle. A golf cart shuttle can also be arranged at the front desk
