The second floor is an open floor plan design including the Kitchen/Living/and Dining which offers generous space for you and your family to enjoy one another and relax. Conveniently located near Camp Watercolor means children can romp safely at the wonderful parks nearby, ride bikes (4 bikes are available for our guests) and go fishing near by. Perfect beach home in great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Watercastle was perfect for our family. Spacious and in a great location. You can walk out the front door and be on the beach in less than 5 minutes! The house was beautifully decorated and had a nice homey feel. We can’t wait to go back! Royal destinations was a great company to work with as well. Very prompt in response and willing to help!

The house and location are great! Kitchen well stocked which is a plus. One improvement needed is the cleaning service. As well as cleaning upholstery on furniture.

Charming house for a crowd close to the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous vacation at Seaside in this house where we had 14 people for a week. The house has a great location! Maybe a 3 minute walk to Watercolor beach access and pool and 10 min to the food trucks. The house has plenty of bedrooms- the kids loved the bunk room- and the young adults loved the carriage house. We enjoyed the large living room and kitchen and spent lots of time on the decks. The lookout space was a favorite hangout for the kids. We loved the ping pong table and foosball! We did rent the golf cart for the week and that was perfect to take the grandparents around in and go to the grocery store. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels and even some extra pillows in the closets, which was nice. Downsides- the main downside was just that the couches and chair fabrics and couch pillows needed a good cleaning/refreshing. The sinks in the carriage house were slow and there was 1 full sized and 1 small fridge- so we just bought what was needed for the day. Probably not a problem if you have a smaller group. The management staff was prompt to respond, which is always nice. Overall, we loved the house, the location and the comfort. I would definitely rent this one again!

Great for a mother daughter trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for a mother daughter trip. It was nice to have the ping pong table, golf cart and lots of space. The moms enjoyed coffee on the porch and wine & yoga in the crows nest! The location was ideal for us! Easy walk to the beach and shops and dining. The only thing we would suggest is to stock the house with essentials like salt, pepper and olive oil.
