Great property over all and would stay there again but it could use a little maintenance. Paint touch up, drains cleaned, floor plug covers, toiletries stocked better etc.

The home is in a great location and was very spacious for six couples. The host was very responsive and helpful when the hot water heater was broken. The one criticism I have is the house & front porch were not clean. The porch furniture was dirty. The inside floors were dusty and the upstairs bathrooms had hair in the drains. I would also suggest providing starter toiletries in all bathrooms. I would rent the property again but hope they have hired new housekeepers that would take pride in their cleaning

This is a Spectacular house in a great location. Convenient to the Beach Club Restaurants, Pools and the Beach. Also close to the Marina and the Marina Pool. The house and furnishings are very comfortable and accommodated our family of 18 people of different ages. We had a great time. We will go back again if we have the opportunity. R Vann

Great location and a very large home. The property however is very dated and worn and would be spectacular if it was renovated. At the rate we paid we would have expected the home to be in much better condition.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. There have been many upgrades the last 2 years including Sub Zero refrigerators, new Bosch dishwashers, a new Scotsman crushed ice maker, wine frig, and a brand new Wolf Cook top/oven. New cabinets 3 years ago and new counter tops. New lighting throughout was also done. Recent Interior and Exterior paint and several new flat screen TV's. This house is in the best location in Watercolor for Beach Club access and Lake house pool access as well as to all the amenities in Watercolor. Great playground for kids out front on Cerulean park and easy walk or bike ride to Seaside. Comes with 14 Wristbands which is a lot and with 7 bedrooms 7.5 baths (3 of which are all masters) everyone is comfortable in their own space.

This is our fourth or fifth time staying at this house. We absolutely love it. Great house for a large family gatherings and is in a perfect location in watercolor.

Huge house great for a group

Overall this was a great house for 8 of us, plenty of room for everyone to spread out and we hosted several more people over the week stay. Huge kitchen and open great room was ideal.

Awesome house and perfect location to the beach, town center, and watercolor amenities! We had 10 kids under 6 years old and stayed with 3 other families. The house setup was perfect for multiple families. One note, there is a ladder in one room and the bunks are pretty high for small kids, but we just blocked the spaces off. Will definitely rent again!

82 Watercolor Blvd E is an excellent house with great amenities and location.

We had our family of 8 adults and 7 grandchildren ages 4 to 12 and there was plenty of room for all. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for multiple families

We had a wide range of people staying with us, from teenagers down to toddlers. Everyone Had somewhere to sleep and hang out without being on top of each other. The location is amazing, Could not have asked for a better place to stay! It was a magical week!

The home is spacious. Especially liked that we were able to separate the two families and also were able to give the children there own private rooms. Be prepared to bring everything kitchen-wise you will need down to salt and pepper. Nothing is provided past a roll of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels. Home is in a great location, about a 5 minute walk to the beach club and to the shops of Watercolour. Quiet and serene location with a park across the street which was great for the grandchildren to run around.

Fabulous Home

This is an exceptional property in Watercolor! Spacious, lovely and comfortable for a large family or group of friends. Bedrooms are large and quiet. Bathrooms are plentiful.This house offers every amenity of "home". Our large family was able to gather in the great room or on the wonderful screened porch. The home was large enough for all to find private areas when needed for rest or reading. Very desirable location for walking to Beach Club and Boathouse pools. Walking to Seaside shops and dining was very easy , as was walking to the Watercolor restaurants and shops. This is a perfect retreat and made our vacation one that we want to repeat next year!

GREAT LOCATION, GREAT PROPERTY, GREAT MANAGER!!

The property was even better than pictured, lots of open space, loft area fabulous for kids, large kitchen with bar, large bathroom with tons of storage, and washer & dryer inside the house! Rental is close to 2 pools including the awesome Gulf front pool, shops, restaurants, and short stroll to Seaside as well. Tons of bikes provided, a nice grill, and the pool table was a great bonus! Will be back, cannot recommend this location enough! Almost forgot, pup friendly too!!
