Could do better

This is a property that exemplifies an absentee owner. It was clean inside but exterior was not well maintained. Fire pit rotted through, life vests moldy and deck smelled bad. The lake is beautiful to look at but full of seaweed and has water moccasin snakes around. It does have a two person limit so it’s overpriced.

Nice but multiple disappointments.

Parking and descending to property is dangerous due to heavy truck traffic, no direct stairs, crossing railroad tracks. Bedding not washed. Found Wet sheets and towels in dryer. Toaster malfunction. Trash. Container lid kept falling off. Tub and refrigerator required cleaning. Host not readily available. Did his best to acknowledge issues. Spectacular. view. Cute house. Host is nice but not around.

Great location- very close to colleges. Lake Cayuga is beautiful and we were so thankful for the early morning kayak trip. Thanks for sharing your place.

Never get tired of waking up by the lake

We had a very sweet stay with board games and a family of blue winged teals to greet us each day.

Tiny house in Ithica

This tiny house was bigger than expected and all the space we needed. Great location being close to walking trails, down town and wineries. Having beach access and kayaks were a fun bonus. The only down side is the proximity to the neighbors but overall a great experience. We would love to come back.

Great tiny home!

Perfect spot for a little getaway for two! Only complaint is that it's very bright in the morning because of the top window.

Loved this little place, just like the pics in the listing. Right next to Ithaca and a short drive to Greek peak.

Beautiful Cayuga Lakeview

We enjoyed our stay at the tiny house on the lake. It was perfect for our stay to visit our daughter at Cornell! I would not recommend for elderly or someone with walking issues. You need to navigate stairs to the property and walk over a train track.

Beautiful views!

We stayed at this home for two nights in October. The host was responsive to our questions and the check-in process was smooth. Parking was tricky but the host made us aware of that as soon as we booked, so he was very upfront about this. The view of the lake was stunning! It was calming to hear waves lapping at the shoreline right outside the sliding glass doors. I would say that the whole house could use some cosmetic updates (fixing drywall holes, painting, replacing lightbulbs etc.). But overall it was a nice way to spend our weekend.
