Ocean View Condo at Maui Kamaole

Welcome to paradise. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee out on the lanai looking directly at the ocean. Watch the boats pass by on their way to Molokini for a snorkeling adventure, the whales, when in season, are also viewable from the Lanai. The kitchen was recently updated with granite countertops and a marble backsplash. All Whirlpool appliances make cooking and cleaning an ease should you desire to do so. The newly remodeled bathrooms include walk in showers with tropical glass panes new vanities, light fixtures, chair height toilets, and mirrors. The cozy living room consists of large couch, 3 large chairs, turtle cocktail table, and end tables to enhance your island vacation. Hardwood bamboo floors extend from the stairs into the upstairs bedroom. Louver doors were installed for more privacy and ease of use upstairs. 3 AC units that are whisper quiet and resort quality are in each bedroom and living area. Maui Kamaole is a low density complex on 23 acres of one of the most beautiful tropical gardens in all of Maui. This unit is situated on a small hill across the road from Kamaole III Beach, not only is it a great family beach, it is one of Maui's finest beaches for all water activities. During the evening hours, visitors and locals grab a beach chair and watch the sunset on an expansive grass area above the beach. There are two swimming pools, spas, and two tennis courts. It is a very quiet complex away from the usual noise. This unit is a generous two bedroom, two bath, 1052 square feet. It also has three lanai's for an additional 225 square feet. The downstairs bedroom has a California King Mattress. The upstairs bedroom has a California King with a full private bathroom. There are six ceiling fans, along with three air conditioners. However, with both lanai doors open the ocean breezes generally keep the unit quite cool!

Great Stay

Everything was as pictured, the view was even nicer in person. There were plenty of kitchen accessories for meals. The bed was comfortable and the a/c kept everything nice and cool. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing spot

I highly recommend this spot. It's clean, spacious and has an unobstructed view of the ocean. When I booked, the map showed the property being near Charley Young but it's actually right across from the Kihei Boat ramp. My husband took the Redline Rafting trip to Molokini and the back wall from there. Highly recommend!The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. The property is nice and quiet which makes it easy to relax. Would love to stay here again!

Amazing place to stay

Our family had a blast staying at this condo. The kitchen had everything you needed, the beds were comfortable and the views of the ocean were incredible. We appreciated all of the beach chairs, coolers and flippers as well. We bought some cheap snorkels and we snorkeled almost everyday at Ahihi Beach, Kamole Beach and Secret Beach.

Hawaiian stay

The property was very nice, great location for our needs. Only issue was the cable and internet went out in the downstairs bedroom on the second day. The condo was nice and we enjoyed the balcony views of the sunsets!

Long story short, it’s a wonderful place to stay for someone like me and my family who were first time coming to Maui. Kihei is a great area regardless but the beach access, plenty of nearby parks for kids, dining options and the atmosphere in general are amazing. My family really enjoyed the ocean view from the patio. Small hiccups like sturdy door to the bedroom, dirty spatula left unwashed and clogged bathroom sink are not negative enough for my family from wanting to stay at this property when we are back to Maui next time.

The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept on. It was a quiet, tranquil location even though Kihei road wasn't far away. Beaches were easy to walk to and having the chairs and umbrella available to use was great. Nice pool and hot tub that was an easy walk away.

Great condo, relaxing view, great location

We just came back from our 2nd family trip in Maui and we stayed in this condo both times. Our family of 4 really enjoyed the space, the decor, the view and the quiet location yet walking distance to the beach. Condo was clean, very well taken care of, well-equipped and having beach supplies was really a bonus. Parking spot was easy to find and is conveniently close to the unit. During both our stays, we always used the outdoor bbq, then some nights we enjoyed a relaxing swim in the heated pool and dip in the hot tub, which are also walking distance from the condo. The condo grounds itself offers such an amazing landscape. Overall, this is a great condo in a great location. We hope to be back soon. Mahalo Jack for sharing your place. All the best!

Truly a home away from home.

We love this condo, spacious for our family of 5, clean and well-equipped. Great location, nice walk to the beach, condo area beautifully landscaped and very well-maintained. Waking up each morning to an ocean view, cool breeze and birds chirping was exhilirating. Coming home to the condo from sunny outdoor activities was so relaxing. Having beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and other basic beach supplies readily available was ever so handy. We used the outdoor bbq grill a lot and enjoyed a night swim in the heated pool. Our family truly felt that we were very well looked after during our stay - making our first Maui trip even more memorable! We highly recommend this unit and we look forward to our next stay. Dissapointed

Upon arrival, it was a very hot day, and all the doors, windows were closed, fans and A/C's were turned off. It was incredibly hot in the unit and took until the next day to cool it down with fans and A/C's running. We were unable to sleep in our room upstairs the first night as it was too hot and ended up sleeping on the floor in the living room. Needless to say, it was not a good beginning. The beds were sub par for sure- worse than RV quality! I paid a lot for this 10 day stay and a much higher expectation than what was delivered! Photos are deceiving. The view was decent- although not a beach view as there is a thicket of trees in front view). Downstairs bedroom and bath needs some updating (especially the mattresses) and no A/C . At the VERY LEAST- black out curtains should be used in this room as the sun comes up in this room and is very intense. This room gets extremely hot during the day!

All rooms had mini-splic HVAC units and ceiling fans throughout. One of the splits in the lower bedroom was not blowing very cold air and just needs a simple recharge. Loved the location and easy access to the beach and sites.

Beautiful, clean condo in a wonderful location!

My parents and I had a wonderful stay in this condo! The host was very responsive and helpful, and the condo was large, clean and beautifully furnished with a great view of the ocean. The complex is located on a main street close to shops and restaurants, and there are nice beaches very close by, with beach gear provided by the host. I highly recommend this place for a stay in Kihei/Maui.
