PERFECT LOCATION This luxurious waterfront 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo has it all. Direct waterfront on Little Hickory Bay with breathtaking views. Enjoy sitting on your spacious private lanai sipping your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Experience the lush plantings, watch beautiful birds, fish jumping, and dolphins and manatees swimming right in front of you. One half mile short walk to award winning Barefoot Beach. No need for a car or suffering with the pricey and limited beach parking. Walk to several nearby restaurants. Watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico each night. Experience more untouched nature with just a short bike ride to Barefoot Beach Preserve. The fishing is amazing and there are two bait shops just a walk away. Easy water access to the Gulf of Mexico. Rent a boat from directly across the street to explore the many bays and waterways of Naples and Bonita Springs. Kayaker's and fisherman's paradise. Several lovely public golf courses within 10 minutes.

Fully equipped kitchen with custom granite countertops. Washer/dryer in the unit so no need to drag your clothes to a public laundry site. Master bedroom with a king size bed and private ensuite. Second bedroom has a queen size bed in a nice private area right next to the second bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. Both bathrooms completely renovated in summer/fall of 2023! High speed internet and wifi included.

Gated community and coded elevator access for double security. The property also has a large heated pool, barbecue grills, and bike racks.

A piece of paradise

This condo has all you need for a wonderful vacation. Jean thought of everything and is an excellent host. Great location near Bonita Beach, restaurants and activities.

This condo is exactly as pictured, well stocked, very comfortable and in a good location. The owner was great to work with. Best of all, the view is simply beautiful.

Fabulous apartment

Absolutely fabulous apartment with the most amazing views. Sunrise and sunset everyday which was just amazing. Beautifully furnished and well equipped with everything you need nearby.

Beautiful bay view

I really enjoyed my 2 month stay in this condo. The lanai is spacious and has a beautiful bay front view. I had a few issues at the start of my stay, and they were immediately addressed and corrected. .

Beautiful condo!!

Beautiful condo; spacious, clean , great comfortable beds and nice linens! Beautiful view for morning sunrise and sunset! Great location! Walked to beach and restaurants! You can fish off the docks and enjoy the large heated pool surrounded by people who greeted you as if you were a full time resident! Everyone was very friendly! Only 6 miles to Naples…lots of Pickelball courts for open play! Great golf courses! If you want to fish walk across the street and hire Captain Jack’s excursion in the bay! We got to meet the owner and Jean was a very gracious lady who ensures one’s stay is up to the expectations from the booking description! We would definitely return!

A Perfect Place to Stay!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. Large, open kitchen with gorgeous view of the bay. Heated pool, common boat dock, and covered parking. Bike, boat and jet ski rentals were very close. Convenient to Mercato, 5th, 3rd and beaches. From the expansive balcony we watched sunrises and sunsets, and playful dolphins. It was fun to discover area restaurants and Jean was always quick to respond to our questions. Overall, a perfect place to stay!

Perfect location

This is a well maintained and fully equipped condo with a superb view of a piece of hidden paradise. The bay feels like it is coming into the room, so close to the condo with wild mangrove and birds and dolphins. Watching the sunset every night from the lanai was wonderful, better than being on the beach. I walked the half mile to the beach every day, kayaked on the bay, and swam in the heated pool. It was a wonderful vacation and the hostess thought of everything and responded immediately to any question I had. Would recommend highly.

My husband and I purchased this condo in April 2021. We live in upstate NY and are tired of the winters! We are so excited to spend more time in the warm weather, and to share our lovely condo with nice families.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My husband and I have stayed with friends in Naples several times and we are familiar with southwest Florida. However only a few miles north, we love the active feel of Bonita Springs much better. We believe the location of this condo is unmatched. We can walk to the beach and restaurants. Yet it is also close to amenities like grocery stores or pharmacies for when we have an extended stay. It is so close to Naples, Fort Myers airport, and only 90 minutes to Sarasota.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

When we were searching for a place to buy in southwest Florida, I felt like we should be on the House Hunters TV show! Each place we looked at had advantages and disadvantages. The only disadvantage to this condo was that it was above our budget. However, as they say, "It's all about the view!" Simply nothing else could compare to the beautiful water views that our condo offers. You can change any interior of a property, but you can't change where it is!
