Property is great. Tristan the host was very nice and easy to reach. He went above our expectations to make sure we had a great time. We highly recommend this or his other properties.
Cute little property situated close to the main roadways needed to access everything we were looking for. Gorgeous porch and lovely private view. Cozy with nice HOT water. Great communication and helpfulness. Just enough of the necessities.
The cabin is as described. Perfect for one or two people. I stayed solo with my dog. It was very relaxing. We spent a lot of time on the balcony as it added a lot of square footage. The cabin had everything we needed. Clean and cozy.
Itâs a nice little cabin on a hill side in the woods very close to the red river gorge Ziplines. It was clean and cozy. I highly recommend 4 wheel drive to stay here as itâs at the bottom of a very steep hill with to patches to get out. One is stone the other is dirt. There are two other cabins really close by is my only complaint in any way. I would recommend this cabin for 1 or 2 people to get away for a little while.
It was a cozy stay. The cabin was cute and had basic essentials. There was a cute welcome package that had hot chocolate packs that my wife loved. We made fire in the pit and enjoyed the evenings outdoors till night fell. There were tons of activities to do it was closed on thanksgiving day then we were there for just one more day. we personally hadnt signed up for any, but we enjoyed the hikes. Will definitely come back again.
Great location with many outdoor activities close by. It would be much easier to check in if the Cabin Markers stood out a bit more you have to get right up to the cabin to read the name plate. Dishes/utensils needed to be washed prior to using most likely because it is up to the guest to wash them before check out. Overall a great experience. The host is very responsive to communication and happy to correct any issues.
The visit to this cabin was overall a very good experience. Had a small issue at beginning but owner was very responsive and issue was resolved quickly. This cabin is in a good location close to a lot of attractions that the area has to offer. I did have decent LTE cell service (Verizon). It is in a quiet and wooded area, but take note that there are other tiny cabins within a few hundred feet. The cabin is very well stocked with items including things that most other cabins do not have such as hand soap, foil, and paper towels. Being one of the very first guests, I made a list of suggestions just to be helpful and the owner was very receptive. I would stay here again.
This location could not have been more perfect for us. We did have a little trouble locating the cabin when we arrived despite great directions, but one quick call to Tristan cleared up the confusion in just minutes. Everything was tidy when we arrived, and all of the linens were clean and smelled really good.
The front porch is a great place to watch the deer and sunrise in the morning, and the firepit area was great for stargazing. The resort is in a great spot, close to everything. The drive in and out was fun and scenic. I really can't say enough. We VRBO a lot, and this has been one of the best experiences yet.
Thanks for helping this be our favorite adventure so far, Tristan and team. We truly appreciated a of the little details!
Loved the Little Dipper it was just how the pictures showed. Quiet and cozy very clean and the hostes Tristan was the best and answered my questions thu text very quickly. Only issue we had is we couldnât figure out how to use the Dish satellite even ask our neighbors in cabin across of us and they couldnât figure it out either. We was good just watching Netflix and Roku tv
First time stay in a âtinyâ home that didnât feel as tiny as it looks. Cabin has everything you need and nothing you donât. Location was within a 30 minute drive to everything the Red River Gorge offers, with most destinations within 15 minutes. Enjoyed all of the area restaurants, with each a different dining experience. Hiking destinations were close by and scenic. Tristan was a very responsive host! Highly recommend this property for couples.
Experience was great- cabin was quaint and cozy, clean and comfortable.
My only hope would be newer pillows (pretty flat)- otherwise I would give it 5 plus stars if it was an option. Fantastic and worth every penny!
My husband and I spent a weekend at The Little Dipper. It was clean with easy check-in. Tristan is responsive and professional. We really enjoyed our stay.
This little cabin was perfect for my husband and I as we took a quick weekend trip before the holidays. We spent most of our time out hiking, but this cabin was a perfect place to return to. We cooked out meals in the kitchen, had a campfire, and was very impressed with the communication we had with the host. Recommended for any couple looking for an easy place to stay while you enjoy the outdoors!
This cabin was perfect for my wife and I. Neither of us are very outdoorsy. This cabin provided everything we need to stay comfortable.
There isnât cell service in the area, so having wifi was wonderful. The TV was equipped with a Roku, so you could sign into Netflix etc at night and enjoy. There was also Dish Network, which felt like a treat.
The owner was very responsive with the 1 or 2 questions we did have.
Had a wonderful stay. Small and quaint, peaceful. The perfect lil cabin in the woods!! My husband and I will definitely stay again. It is so close to everything (kayaking, zip lining, hiking, etcâŠ) and if you stay here, you have to eat at Miguelâs you will pass it on the left on the way in!!! Thank you Tristan, well done!!! The Heltons
My husband and I have been going to Red River Gorge area for many years. We have always camped but decided to stay at a cabin this time and we are so glad that we did. We will definitely be returning. Tristan is a great host and communicated very well from the beginning to end. The cabin had everything that we needed plus some extras that didn't go unnoticed. It was beautifully decorated and the location is perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much!
