La cabine est située à quelques minutes de la beauté et de l'aventure impressionnantes des gorges de la rivière Rouge et du parc Natural Bridge Resort. Explorez la nature intacte des lacs, des criques, des cascades, des arches de grès et des grottes. Le son de cadence des cascades et l'abondance de Rhododendron sauvage et de Laurier de montagne aménageant les flancs des montagnes vous laisseront sous le charme. La cabine a bien traité l'eau mais vous préférerez peut-être apporter votre propre eau potable. Maximum 1 animal.

We had a great weekend. The directions that were provided were spot on. The restaurant that was recommended was called Red Point. Very good. The house was perfect. The stairs are beautiful. It was very hot in the house during the day though. We turned on the air and it never really cooled down- the hot tub was def a nice addition but had sand in the bottom. Overall the house is nice. Would definately come back.

Private Waterfall…Yes Please!!

Beautiful, unique, and extremely private. The bed was very comfortable, the hot tub was warm and ready for us, and everything was pristine! You can sit in the hot tub with the waterfall directly behind you, and it’s nice because it’s right outside of the bedroom! Check in was easy and checkout even easier! Highly recommend!

We had some issues at check-in, but management went above and beyond to accommodate them. Its a wonderful cabin for a romantic weekend getaway.

We never received our check in instructions and the directions we did get took us too the middle of nowhere, leaving us stranded for 5 hrs trying to get in contact with vrbo and the host.The cabin itself looks nice, however the water is well water which is not listed and so it all comes out like iron and smells of sewage. We couldn't shower in that, or wash our hands. The steps to the second floor are very steep and the railing has splits in it where your hand can easily get caught and pinched. It looks nice, but thats about it.

It was a pretty nice little cabin ,very secluded! Only complaint I have is the thermostat is set to 85 degrees, it takes FOREVER TO COOL OFF , and it’s absolutely miserable when trying to unpack and get situated. And even worse at bed time. The a/c sucks and can’t keep up. Says that it has a grill ,but it’s like one of the ones used in parks not an actual grill if u ask me

Echo falls

This was a great small cabin for the two of us. Location of cabin is gourgous, ease of access to get to the cabin isnt great with steep grades and rough stone roads and signage could be alot better. Truck or suv would be ideal for road conditions. Spiral staircase isnt ideal for heavy luggage or ease of access to bedroom. Very clean cabin. Door locks, light switches need some attention.

Overall nice, definitely be prepared to drive to get too.

We had a great stay. It definitely was wild getting back to the cabin. You must have an SUV or something with AWD or 4WD. Very windy, steep, and inclined to drive back. There is aboit 1.5 flight of steep steps to get into the cabin. The spiral staircase is very steep with small steps up. Overall we loved the seclusion and the hot tub. We had rain so the waterfall was flowing and very pretty. We couldnt get the thermostat to work so one day it was hot and the next night chilly. Our preference is a remote check in- you do have to stop and get the key to get in which is just not our preference. Overall clean. The cabin is very pretty. Thank you for tbe hospitality!

The perfect romantic getaway

My new fiancé (!!!) and I were really looking for a secluded cozy cabin just big enough for the two of us and our dog and we found it here at Echo Hills. The cabin was just as described and was the perfect location for us to get away for a long weekend and apparently get engaged! The drive back to the cabin is no joke with it's winding and hilly gravel roads but can be manageable, we had an SUV so we were good. The cabin has well water, which is to be expected, so expect an iron smell and definitely bring drinking water. We had great views off our deck and it was so quiet listening to the trees and nature. Overall it was truly a comfortable, cozy and magical weekend and we would absolutely be back again. 10/10

Water not usable

The water is horrible...don't plan on using tub in bedroom. Water smelled awful and tub looked like it was full of blood when we filled it. Water made your skin stink. All in all if you don't mind not bathing its a beautiful place.

Sorry about the water. It is a well and the filter usually takes care of the problem. The filter must have needed changed. If you had called we would have sent some one then. Thanks for the heads up.

We chose this property beca If i could attach pictures you could see for yourself these specific points. use it specifically listed fishing and a waterfall next to the cabin. The lake had been drained and even during an extended rain shower there's no waterfall. The worst is the most dangerous spiral staircase I've seen. There were huge gaps in the construction of the stairs, are very steep with irregular treads. Incredibly dangerous especially when coming down.

The cabin was lovely and we enjoyed the large bathtub, the hot tub and wifi. However, when we arrived we were told that if we set the thermostat below 85 degrees we would be fined. The thermostat was also unable to be altered from the cabin, it seems to be operated by an app from a device controlled by the owner, so we were unable to change it, regardless. The temperature in the loft bedroom was even hotter than downstairs, which made sleeping nearly impossible. In addition, the morning we were getting ready to checkout, we discovered mysterious fluff had fallen from the rafters and blanketed the livingroom. We swept it up and disposed of it, but it was surprising and gross. The stay would have been wonderful if we were allowed to use the air conditioner and if we didn't have to deal with mysterious fluff.

Road and water.

Everything was great but I feel like they should say that you need an SUV or 4 wheel drive to get to the cabin because we had some issues with our car. The road is rutted out really bad. Also, I grew up on well water but it’s been a minutes since I’ve had it. We had no idea it was well/iron water. We had to go out and buy bottled water to cook with and give to our dogs. I feel like these things should’ve been in the advertisement.

Peaceful relaxing cabin

I gave it four stars because we did enjoy the peaceful relaxing cabin retreat. Views were beautiful. The cabin wasn't terrible, there were a few things that may need to be addressed. One the side door has a decent gap. Two the shower head really needed to be replaced, it was extremely rusty to where I felt like I was shower in rusty water. There is well water so be prepared for that. Three there was a rust stained scrub brush and a nasty sponge left in the kitchen, hopefully it wasn't expected of us to use to wash dishes with. I would stay in this area again, just in a different cabin. The stairs up to the cabin is a bit of a challenge when carrying large/heavy items up.

Romantic Getaway

The location was perfect! We loved listening to the little waterfall! There was ladybugs which is to be expected, it is in the woods! And the well water does have an odor, just bring bottled water! The cabin was very cozy and we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely rent this same cabin again!
