Charming , Where Modern meets Rustic in the same space . Very cozy and tucked away in the trees of the Red River Gorge...
The openness, high ceilings and rustic feel of the cabin is the total mountain experience you and your family will love.

Tanzanite is tucked back off of the main road in a private wooded area, which provides you with privacy and lots of peace and quiet. This 2 story family-oriented cabin has 2 Smart TV’s, as well as an outdoor entertainment space with a deck, grill, and a fire pit. You will also love the hi-speed wifi, and laundry area.
The Red River Gorge is just steps away from our fully equipped cabin.

★INTERIOR LIVING★
2 Smart TVs, queen pullout sofa, lounge reclining chair, King Bed, dining table and chairs & bar stools.

★BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS ★
Pullout soft bed will gel queen mattress
Upstairs Master Bedroom: King Bed with tempur-Pedic mattress
Bathroom: Includes a shower with a soaking tub.

★KITCHEN ★
Well-equipped, full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven., microwave. Comforts of home kitchen essentials includes dishware , full knife set, flatware, Keurig and coffee pot, Air fryer & Instant-pot .

★ OUTDOOR LIVING★
Deck with dining and seating area, wood burning fire pit, hot tub, charcoal grill, serene mountain views

★GENERAL★
Washer/dryer, central heating & A/C, linens & towels provided, starter packs of household essential products, shower and body amenities, board games and books/magazines

★PETS★
Well-behaved pets are permitted at our “pet-friendly” cabins. A non-refundable pet fee ($25) is required. Guests must clean up any dog waste. Pets should not be left unattended. If any evidence of an undisclosed animal is discovered during or after the stay guests will be charged a pet fee. In addition, any and all damages caused by the pet are the sole responsibility of the Guest.

★Fireplace in the cabin is currently not working

★While in the mountains, you will likely see bugs, mice, or furry critters. We do maintain the property with regular pest control, but due to the surroundings, or if doors are left open, or food is left outside the house, this can attract critters. Keep in mind we are in the forest (their home) so seeing any sort of critters is expected!

A Gem

Beautiful area! The house was a perfect size, but I'm not used to having steps in my house, it felt weird to go up to bed! The hot tub was very clean. We wished it had a little more usuable yard for the dog, but that's hard when you are on the side of a hill. All-in-all, a goid time!!

Comfortable cabin

Nice accommodation. Close to many activities we were interested in. Had a little miscommunication abt # of people staying & enough bathing supplies but host fixed it when notified. Variety of food choices available nearby. Quiet area.

Perfect getaway

First impression looked really nice, after going inside it was even nicer, it was clean well stocked with everything you need to cook, nice touch was the Christmas tree, hot tub was amazing, everything was perfect, The only thing I can say bad is the road going up to the cabin needs some work done on it

Perfect, comfy cabin!

The cabin is in the perfect location! It’s comfortable and the totem pole is such an interesting touch. The hot tub was clean and felt so good. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. It’s silly, but the only thing we wanted was another garbage bag or two. Truly, it was a great stay!

Very nice cabin in a very beautiful location. Loved the handmade totum pole in the center of the cabin. Every part of this place was nice. My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

Cozy, quiet and relaxing

This was the ideal property for my significant other and I to escape the busyness of our day to day. The cottage was clean, had a comfortable lofted bedroom, privacy and is close to all the activities we planned for our getaway. Morning coffee and the hot tub was the perfect way to start the day. Highly recommend!

Great getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a quick two-night getaway and had a lovely experience. The road is clearly marked and the cabin is easy to find, day or night. The kind bed is super comfy and the cabin feels cozy.

Couples Paradise

The cabin itself is absolutely wonderful and cozy. It’s perfect for a couple needing to get away. Super close to everything! The hostess was very friendly and helped us with our accommodations. Our baby sitters fell through so we had to bring our little ones. This cabin was a perfect fit for our family and we all got to enjoy exploring the area.

Great relaxing cabin

This place is amazing! Just what we needed to relax after a hectic Thanksgiving family visit. The area was so peaceful and close enough to restaurants and some great trails. The cabin is well equipped and comfortable. The host was great! We will definitely be returning.

Amazing Get away

This was a perfect spot. Close to everything yet very private It rained the whole weekend- and we stayed so cozy. We will be back. I can not say enough about how perfect our stay was.

Cute and cozy

Absolutely loved it!! We enjoyed it so much. Kitchen was stocked with everything and was very clean. So cute and nice. The shower is tiny but other than that no complaints. Would stay again!

The best property we've stayed in yet

We have been coming to RRG for about 4 years now, and this is hands down the best cabin we've stayed in yet. It's easy to find, and the access is paved (important when it is as steep as they are round here). WiFi was fast, bed was comfy, and there were a lot of very nice touches (like nightlights so you could find the bathroom in the darkness). About the only issue (being super picky) was the InstaPot in the description wasn't actually there - which meant we had to do the casserole the old fashioned way on the stove - and the big burner on the stove couldn't be used because the knob was missing/broken. Oh, and the oven door handle is ,.....rustic :)

Peaceful, serene, hidden GEM

Perfect getaway for my husband and 2 dogs! Close to 100 hiking trails and everything you need to stay in”otherwise. My husband loved grilling and the kitchen was very well stocked, except for hot pads which would have come in handy with all the hot dishes we prepared. The property is very slanted, which can be difficult for taking the dogs out, but you walk down a hill to a flat drive. We could not have found a more quaint cabin to wind down the year and escape civilization. The beauty of the gorge and the healing power of the hot tub after a long day hiking was just what we needed!! Thank you so much for a good value and beautiful stay.

Lovely Get Away

We enjoyed this cabin very much. It was modern enough and cozy. There was privacy, though you could see other cabins from the hot tub, it is doubtful they would see you unless they were purposefully trying. The location was convenient to the entire park. The kitchen was amazing for cooking and there were plenty of sitting areas for relaxing. One warning ... my husband and I are in our late forties. The king bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable for us. It is overly soft, we sank into the middle (neither of us are overweight). Everyone has a different mattress need, so it may be perfect for you. But, if you prefer a firmer mattress you may not sleep well. Lol
