Welcome to my Oceanfront studio, which is literally 50 ft to the water. Wake up to a breathtaking oceanview, take it all in from the spacious lanai, fall asleep to the sound of the ocean every night

Recently upgrade the TV to a 55inch Smart TV, which works w/ Apple AirPlay.

Located on the 2nd floor at Pohailani Maui Resort on West Maui shores, easy access to world-class beaches, restaurants, shopping, and golfing

***LOCATION***
This building is about as oceanfront as it gets! Any Maui's future buildings are no longer allowed to build this close to the water, which means you hear the ocean when opening your window. Every day people gather around the seawall to enjoy the sunset, while you can take it all in from a private lanai

The condo is located off Lower Honoapiilani Rd in Lahaina, Maui (Napili-Honokowai on the map - Kahana to the locals), about 15 mins north of the Lahaina downtown. 1-minute walk north you will find yourself on a small secret beach, 5-minute walk south there is a local's favorite beach park with plenty of room for chairs and towels as well as excellent surfing. Within a 10-minute drive, you will have access to several WORLD-CLASS beaches such as Kaanapali, Napili, and Kapalua

Short walking distance to two plazas with restaurants, bars, cafes, and water gear shops

***INSIDE THE CONDO***
Smoke-free environment, super comfy King bed, and the room come equipped with all the essentials for a relaxing island vacation including:

* Various shampoo, lotion, and body wash options in the bathroom, with hairdryer, hair straightener
* Bath and beach towels
* Water gear: beach totes, snorkeling masks & fins, swimming goggles, beach chairs, umbrella, icebox

***BUILDING AMENITIES***
Two swimming pools, one tennis/basketball court, one laundry room across the street
Free designated parking right downstairs
Multiple BBQ grills, with one located beneath lanai with unobstructed oceanview

***Other***
Maui is a tropical island and does tend to have bugs and ants during certain times of the year. Although the exterior of the building is routinely treated to help combat this issue and the condo is thoroughly cleaned between each guest, it greatly helps if you leave the screens shut and don't leave any food out to avoid unwanted creatures

This is not resort living, there are some conveniences the large resorts provide that I just can't offer, but my goal is to ensure a smooth & unforgettable experience for you in Aloha State!

Amazing View!

We spent most of our time on the lanai when we were at the unit. The view was incredible! We saw whales every day and turtles too. The sunsets were incredible as well! We appreciated the list of places to visit and went to most of the ones on the list!

Great place- clean, cozy and a convenient location.

Stayed here with my husband and son while visiting the Boulder area. It was perfect for our needs; plenty of space for 3-4 people. Two comfortable king beds, quiet neighborhood close to Pearl St. and campus. Bonus: it's just a few blocks from the Y and they honored our membership so we were able to use the facility for free. If we're ever back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent home away from home in paradise!

We found the condo so comfortable, everything you need available including beach gear including snorkeling. Sitting on the lanai at night was spectacular, and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was exactly what we'd hoped for. Great location and amenities on the property - enjoyed the garden pool which was nicely shaded for hot days. Highly recommend this as a go-to for Maui.

The property was very clean and convenient. It was easy to find places close by to eat and driving around the island was simple. The condo was equip with many helpful things, such as a cooler and beach chairs. We had a great time!

Amazing ocean breeze & great location

We only stay here for 2 nights, but truly enjoyed our time this very spacious studio Perfectos for a couple has everything we need and more! Spotless clean tasteful decorated and very well organized. Definitely we will comeback and highly recommend this place!! Andy responded immediately to our questions and solved our needs.

Everything about this property is perfect

This condo is by far the best studio unit I’ve stayed in over a decade of visiting west Maui. The owners are terrific and very responsive, the furnishings are very nice, and the kitchen is well appointed for doing all your cooking. Kahana is such a great location because so much is in walking distance. And the views.... can’t be beat.

Maui dreaming!

This is a quaint studio condo steps from the best snorkeling beach on Island. The host were able to accommodate my 24 hour booking request with ease and fabulous communication. The studio is clean, quiet and safe with easy parking and laundry facility. Highly recommend! Mahalo for your hospitality!

Awesome Condo

Waking up and falling asleep to the ocean waves as close as it gets was awesome. The condo was fully equipped, AC worked well, and was very clean. There was plenty to do in the area from snorkeling to great food and drinks. I'd highly recommend this room for anyone looking to stay in Maui. The price point was lower than booking with most resorts.

Wonderful stay as described

This condo is as described here and shown in the photos. The lanai is huge with lot of privacy and we enjoyed our time there. The room is very easily accessible through a flight of stairs and the parking is very close on the first floor. The apartment is clean with each and every amenity you should think of including all types of cleaning supplies and kitchen utensils. I would definitely would like to come back and stay here.

Exactly a pictured...beautiful view from the lanai

Jim and Crystal are amazing. Their condo is cozy and in excellent shape. We were pleased to see that the pictures shown are exactly what the condo looks like. The area is quiet and the road isn’t too busy. The views from the lanai are breathtaking and the pretty sea turtles swimming just inches away from us was an awesome experience. If we ever come back to Maui, we will definitely stay here again.

Great time! Owners are very helpful and responsive. Condo is very clean and has all essential amenities. Beach towels, a cooler, and umbrella are provided. The water view is excellent, we frequently saw turtles from the balcony. The A/C worked well and was appreciated, even in late Oct. We would stay here again!

Come for a relax

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay! The unit is clean, comfortable and well stocked with pans and utensils for cooking. The view is magnetic and we spent as much time as possible on the lanai. From the lanai we saw dozens of sea turtles, a few whales and spinner dolphins. The unit is a great place in a less busy part of Kahana. Real peace and quiet exist here. We will be back!

The Perfect Stay

We could not have asked for more from this location on Maui. The condo was perfect, the bed was comfy and the owner provided everything we might need. We especially enjoyed the beach supplies. Words can hardly describe the sunsets from the lanai. Unreal. And the frequent sea turtle sightings from the lanai were icing on the cake! Thank you SO MUCH!

It was a great view and wonderful condo!!

Great location and excellent condo. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the lanai. It was so peaceful listening to the ocean while sitting on the lanai. We saw plenty of sea turtles along the ocean wall below the lanai. The condo is updated and has all of the amenities that you need. Crystal was great in responding to questions. I will highly recommended to our friends.

The BEST oceanfront condo!

My husband and I had the best stay at Jim and Crystal’s condo — it literally had anything and everything you could possibly need. The recently upgraded to a king size bed that you can rise/lower the head of the bed for a perfect view of the ocean. They had incredible communication and I’ll be dreaming of sipping coffee off the lanai for quite some time. 10/10 recommend to all.

Perfect for those seeking escape from the crowds

Very nice, quiet, and comfortable setting away from the crowds of the Kaanapali Resorts...but close enough to indulge if the urge strikes. Lahaina Town is just 15 minutes away. After spending the day out exploring it was a treat to come back and sit on the lanai with Molokai and Lanai in view across the channel. A true bargain for this piece of the coastline...and parking is free. Very clean with all the amenities of home we would likely look to stay here again if ever returning to Maui for an extended stay. Aloha.

Beach Front getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Crystal and Jim's place and it was as advertised. The unit, from the Lanai, looks directly out on the beach and water which was a very relaxing way to wake up to a beautiful sunrise and sip our morning coffee. The unit is well stocked and very comfortable. We used the BBQ facilities of the facility and they were well maintained and clean. The Property Manager came by and she was very personable and helpful. We look forward to coming back soon and staying here once again.
