Designed specifically for hosting guests. Private entrance to spacious living are of 1400 sqft /130 sqm , with private heated patio space 300 sqft / 30 sqm. What a lovely property. The space itself is wonderful and the outdoor space was a special added bonus! Kitchen was well equipped. Even though we were there on a very warm weekend the home stayed cool all day and evening. Andrew was a delight. We will definitely be back.

We had an absolutely incredible time during our stay! The property exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and safety were top priorities. cute and comfy getaway

My husband, our friends and their son, and I all enjoyed the stay in this home away from home. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting Seattle. There is maybe one thing I would comment on regarding the air mattress for the 5th guest. My friends son, who is taller than the length of the mattress, slept on and he said it deflated both nights. Not sure if it was user error or if the mattress had a leak, but that was the only thing we could critique on. He ended up sleeping on the couch instead. Overall, we loved it.

Another wonderful stay!!

This was our second time to stay in this property and again it was the perfect location and space for our group of four adults. Beautiful place, great location

We really enjoyed staying here on our first trip to Seattle. The location was great and allowed us to visit some of the main attractions without having to travel far. And while we didn’t use the outside space, it looked like such a serene and lovely place to enjoy! Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing!

Fully equipped apartment with all amenities. The private patio a big plus. Quiet neighborhood, ample parking. Very accessible to everything we wanted to do. Andrew was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect stay!

Andrew's place exceeded our expectations in every way. Andrew has thought of everything a visitor might need, in the kitchen, the bathroom and throughout the property. Easy walk to Lake Washington and a few restaurants and coffee shops. We would definitely look to stay here again. We highly recommend.

Highly Recommend Andrew’s Place!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a really great neighborhood. We enjoyed the space very much and really appreciated the quality of the furnishings and style throughout the apartment. Andrew was available for advice and even checked in on us when we saw each other in passing. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely come back.

Perfectly located gem

Andrew's place is impeccably clean with well-thought out amenities like make-up removers and mini hand sanitizers. While we did not cook much, the kitchen is well-equipped for great family meals. It's also perfectly located to most Seattle landmarks. If you do book a stay here, make sure to take some time to wander around the neighborhood to see the water view and patronize the lovely restaurants all within a 5- minute walk. Andrew was a great host who was unobtrusive but always available. We stayed for 4 days and look forward to returning again in the springtime. Thank you Andrew!

Immaculate urban adventure base camp

We enjoyed our days here completely. The space is beautiful, well-designed, clean, and comfortable. We settled in easily and had a great base to explore new and favorite spots in the city. Andrew responded quickly to our questions and a few special requests. We highly recommend the place!

Best place to stay!

This was most definitely the best rental I have ever stayed in. The host was extremely attentive to all our needs and went above and beyond our expectations. They truly paid attention to detail ensuring everything needed was there! I will definitely go back the next time we come to Seattle.
