Newly remodeled!!! Everything in the entire house is brand new. No expense was spared in the remodel.


Spread out in this beautiful 4 bedroom house located a short 2 blocks away from the worlds most beautiful beaches! Enjoy the luxuries of a private pool, parking for 4 vehicles, masterfully designed finishes. Conveniently located off of Thomas Drive just a short walk to restaurants, bars and the famous Schooners Beach Club!

Great stay

My group loved this house and location! We used the hot tub, pool, and fire pit. It was very close to the beach and we were able to walk there in just a couple minutes. We had a group of 15 and everyone got great, overall loved our stay!

Cute house at perfect location

It was the perfect spot for our family (extended) vacation. Very short walk to the beach and also had a pool that the littles absolutely loved. It’s out of the congested part of PCB but still close to everything you want. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful home, even better vacation.

This was a perfect home. Very clean, newly renovated. Me and my friends enjoyed our stay very much. Might go back to this same place next year. Exceptional.

Perfect low key location

Really enjoyed our 4th of July stay. The location is away from the busiest areas and still a short walk from the beach. Kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. There was a plumbing issue the first night but we submitted it online and staff arrived to fix it first thing in the morning. We'd love to stay here again!

Perfect Family Vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is so comfortable and it was very clean! Florida in August is hot(!) and we enjoyed many hours in the pool! Easy walk to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants! Our adult kids kept saying how perfect the house was for a family vacation- we will definitely visit again. The rental company was very easy to work with!

House was very nice clean and accommodating. Very close to rally activities but in a quieter neighborhood. Only issue was we had no internet or TV all week.

Independence Day on Beach Drive

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 13 stayed here the week of the 4th. We love staying on the Thomas Drive end of PCB, and this location was perfect for us. The back yard area: pool, gas grill, and plenty of seating were amazing. The beach access #9 was such a short walk and easily accessible (our 2 year old walked it with no complaints). The house was clean, plenty of seating, and a great table/chairs for playing cards. We loved the close drive to restaurants too. The grill was out of propane, and I contacted the property manager, and we had a refilled propane tank the next day. Great customer service. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have a house we usually stay in every year when we bring our family to Panama. This year three days before our trip, the rental company called and said there was a problem with the house we stay in and gave us two choices of other places to stay. This was the bigger of the homes offered and it wasn't a bad place to stay, just not as big as what we were use to and one less bedroom and not much privacy for the teens like they want. When you plan a trip all year with your family this is not what you want to happen to you and the rental company was not sympathetic at all. It was either or none and it was a holiday weekend so we had to take it or stay home.

Beautiful house! Pool heater didn’t work & unfortunately our weather was cooler. The hot tub was great! Definitely could use more towels in the house. Great proximity to the beach!

Great time in PCB!

The house was pristine upon arrival and the setup was perfect for my group of 15. The patio/pool area is large and had great seating options. My group utilized the fire pit, pool and hot tub. The very short walk to the beach was super convenient. Every appliance in the house worked perfectly, and all the bedding was great. Overall, my group and I had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

The place was easy to find and in a great location. The pool was a plus for the grandkids because for 2 days they could not swim in the ocean. The house was big enough for my family of 14 and we will be looking at this home again for next year. Thanks for everything!

Amazing house and location

The overall experience was amazing, the house and backyard were as seen in the pictures and location was amazing. The only issues we faced was the backyard had a few hiccups but that was mainly caused by the hurricane earlier in the year. Other than that the house was amazing and I’d recommend everyone considering this house to rent it as soon as you can!

Beach House

Inside the place was great, outside the place was sadly neglected. I'm not impressed with ECDI (Emerald Coast), the management company. We were without vable until Trsday and they never completed any of the requested repairs we spoke to them about.

Nice space

The open lay out of the home was accommodating for our group. The location to the beach was just a short walk, maybe a 2 minute walk. There were a couple of things broke within the home. We made the property manager aware of the items. The managing company was friendly, and sent a work note for maintance-the items broke did not affect our stay in the home. If you plan on using the fire pit you need to supply your own wood for it. Luckily, the majority of the stores carry firewood. We Will be staying in this home again! Loved it!

Property advertised a hot tube which it had but didn’t work. Also refrigerator ice maker didn’t dispense the ice. Lights over the pool didn’t work. The house & location is great! I just wished everything had been working. Called the manager & someone came out but nothing got fixed. Overall it was a great experience & definitely would’ve gotten 5 stars if everything worked.

The house was beautiful, we had some small maintence issues, ut the major ones were addressed right away (the alarms on the doors). The biggest issue we had was the pool was dirty, even the maintence worker who came out took a picture to request service, but no one ever came out. The ceiling was leaking in multiple spots (slow random not a full leak), we were told it was condensation. Over all it was a quiet neighborhood, easy access to a beach, plenty of parking and space for 2 families.

Spacious for families!

We appreciated the ample space offered by this property at a great price. Our primary challenges involved managing the assortment of remote controls and figuring out the lighting systems, including the outdoor lights. Additionally, the fence dividing this property from the next was absent. Although the neighboring tenants, who were also renting, expressed their dissatisfaction with their landlord over this issue, it didn't significantly impact us. However, for families with small children, the missing fence could raise safety and privacy concerns. Despite these minor issues, the property's amenities were excellent, and the spacious rooms were ideal for a family gathering. The property manager was highly responsive. If the above issues are addressed, the stay would be near perfect! (It was way too cold to swim, but I think that responsibility belongs to a higher power).

Everything was falling apart

Our stay began with us not being able to get in. Code didn’t work!! Grill had no propane so property manager had to bring ng us a new one! Only 1/4 of the grill would work!! Lights above pool were mostly burned out! Ice dispenser didn’t work! Chair in front of house was cracked and broken. Took 5 days for door issue to be resolved. Had to leave our door unlocked or we couldn’t get back in. The dryer destroyed our clothing and nobody will get back to me about paying for damaged clothing!!! Very disappointed!! Property managers ignored our complaints !! Go somewhere else!!!
