Wake up to the sound of the ocean in your Penthouse beach condo and experience Cancun the right way.

This Hotel-style Penthouse condo features 2-floors, 2 rooms, 3 beds (king, queen, sofa-full), a full kitchen, smart TV, wifi, maid service (every other day), and more.

The space:
- Top floor spectacular views
- Maid Service (every other day)
- 2 private balconies (ultra-private 2nd-floor rooftop balcony that no neighbors can see)
- 3 beds (King downstairs, queen upstairs, and a pull-out-sofa-bed downstairs near the king)
- Basic wifi included
- Fully stocked kitchen
- Cable TV with Netflix

Guest access:
- Beachfront access at the doorstep of the first floor
- Clean pool with a lifeguard on duty

- This property is located very close to the Coco Bongo Beach Party/nightclub. and they have a beach party everyday from around 11am to 6pm and a night club on Tuesday and Wednesday nights from around 11pm until 3 a.m.. So bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

The location is ideal for party plans right smack in the center of the main disco bars and restaurants. Coco Bongo Señor Frogs and many others right at ur door step

Our family had the best time staying in PH3a. We definitely would stay there again. I've been staying at the Salvia for years, and I'm never disappointed 😊Cancun Mexico is my favorite place in the world. I met my husband there 26 years ago and the Salvia always brings great memories for us. Thank you again for having us❣️

PH 3A 7 nights Christmas/Winter BreakPros-Staff was polite at check in/check out. Located right on beach and convenient to great grocery store, bars, restaurants etc. The views are really nice. 2 separate bedrooms levels was great for traveling with teen and having some separate space to wind down. Cons- Housekeeping was OK, the cleaning was fine but we had to ask about room cleaning twice and request items like TP that were not restocked during housekeeping. We had to buy our own from supermarket when ran out. Bed, linens and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were material scraps in a pillow case. Need better pillows and covers.The noise-Located next to a string of beach clubs there is music blasting about 20 hours a day. It didn’t bother us much but this is not a quiet place. We run the air on it for a while, we sneezed and coughed ash from the dirty filter, needs cleaning. The ceiling area looked rotted in a few spots down stairs by lights , it didn’t affect the stay but it showed the disrepair of the unit. The climb to the upstairs bedroom is the same as a stair master at the gym very steep. Overall the place was adequate for what we needed, the stay was pleasant but uncomfortable. Small things like good pillows and linens would be nice

Great place to stay "if" you like to party...

The beds are SUPER uncomfortable & rock hard. Only stay here "if" you're OK with being kept up until 3am every single night/morning, since you're pretty much next door to the Coco Bongo!!! The pool is very small & on the opposite side of the beach. You have to check or sign out & in any beach towels, as there's NO beach towels in the condo - but only from 8am to 5pm. Overall - NOT happy with our stay at Salvia at all, because of the VERY uncomfortable beds & SUPER loud music from Coco Bongo!!

Excellent Property, but Noisy Neighbors

This is a fabulous property located right in the heart of the Hotel Zone within easy walking distance of a grocery store and several excellent restaurants. The property is well kept and obvious efforts are being made to make it even nicer, such as the addition of beautiful floors and cabinets. Three notes regarding unexpected issues: 1) the listing says the room has a deadbolt lock, but it does not; 2) the security deposit is only accepted in cash ($100 American dollars at the time of our stay) and 3) this property is located very close to the Coco Bongo Beach Party/night club. Coco Bongo is EXTREMELY LOUD from about noon until 3 a.m. each day. So bring ear plugs for when you want to sleep (or just don’t want to hear the party music). Also, the staff at Salvia were very welcoming and helpful. They did everything they could to make our stay amazing and deserve much recognition for their efforts!

Extremely disappointing experience.We arrived at the property to check-in time, only to be told our unit wasn’t ready because the host had not communicated our reservation. To make matters worse, we weren’t even listed for our arrival date. After wasting a significant amount of time waiting, we finally received access to the condo into the late evening. While the location and views are beautiful, the overall experience did not justify the cost. Due to the lack of clean beds and poor handling of our arrival, we chose not to stay beyond the first night.At checkout, the situation worsened. We were accused of staining two towels and a bath mat with hair dye and charged 35. This was not only inaccurate, but unrealistic given we barely had time in the room beyond sleeping. When we asked to see the items, the stains appeared to be makeup—not hair dye & the cleaning staff said it was in a closet, which I don’t even think the place had closets.To add to the frustration, we were told payment for the charge could only be made in cash, and they initially refused to provide a proper receipt. After insisting, we were given a handwritten one & decreased the charge to 30.Overall, this was one of the most inhospitable and unprofessional experiences we’ve had. Poor communication, lack of cleanliness, and questionable charges made for an extremely unpleasant stay. Do not recommend.

Cindy was very difficult from the start before she even arrived at the property. And I refunded the $30 charge that she mentioned but she still won't let that go, even though in truth she actually paid nothing for her damages. Yes I made a mistake because she changed her booking and the front desk wasn't informed. But as soon as I realized that error I contacted the front desk and everything was resolved. Even though I sincerely apologized, she just wouldn't let it go and then she began to make everything into a problem, despite the fact that she damaged property, which again I refunded the damage charge.

Great location in a nice property.

We had a great time staying at this property. It is centrally located and in walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, and bars. Plus, there was access to the beach right from the lobby. The apartment was secure and quiet, despite being so close to the clubs. And the views were incredible! The apartment is perhaps a little old, but everything was working and in good condition. Having a full kitchen made traveling with our 16 month daughter all that much easier. Highly recommend for families visiting Cancun.
