Total peace in this home tucked up in the woods, enjoy the amazing view from your deck in the morning with the fire and a cup of coffee to night w outdoor kitchen entertaining area as you dip into the hot tub while outdoor music is playing or have a fire in the pit while roasting smores. So much to do at this home and just 5 minutes from all shopping and the lake. Sleep superb with your master adjustable bed and see thru fire to the bathroom. TV in every room, sleeps 6 comfortably, the home will always be decorated for Christmas the month of December to Jan 2nd. . Deck furniture out during warm months but under cover deck area w fire always has sectional and tables for year round gathering in front of fire and for the beautiful view. Tree fort is not functional.

The most at home I’ve ever felt! Beautiful house that was very comfortable. My family loved spending our nights outside by the bonfire. The kitchen is very well stocked and had every single thing we needed.

Simply BeautifulStay!

We stayed here for a long weekend and a celebration of life at Emerald Downs Race Track. Amber was our host and always extremely helpful and willing to give us any advice on restaurants in the area, stores, etc. The home is beautiful and is completely equipped with anything you'd need. It's centrally located and is a lovely place to just relax or host a gathering. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Amber’s property in Bonney Lake. From the date of booking all the way until checkout, Amber was incredibly quick to respond to any messages. The house was in great condition, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes/cups/silverware. The only complaint we had was that there was some dog hair on a few pieces of furniture which I assume was from the previous guests. Given the cleanliness of the rest of the house (and that it seemed to be a same-day turnaround from the previous visiting group) this was not a problem for us. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome house in a Quiet location

We loved our stay at Amber's house. Super east check in and check out process. Very comfortable place for at least 6 adults. We loved the fireplaces and hot tub! Location was convenient to everything we needed to do and see. Amber was a great host responding promptly to all our questions and requests. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great escape for a family weekend!

We loved this property, everyone had their own space, kid friendly and we loved all the different places to sit and grab a meal or drink. The patio is wonderful, kitchen was great for cooking and the yard was so fun to enjoy a fire in the evening. Only complaint, clear there is/was a cat living there we had a family member with severe allergies and it almost ruined our visit. We would stay again when visiting family in the area.

Amazing view and accommodations

Wonderful home and well appointed for entertaining and having a resort feel. Amazing view of the valley and nice large outdoor patio. Watching the sun set and having a few drinks was the relaxation we all needed after a day of a hands on training class my team drove up to Fife for. Great home for 3 adults having their own large beds and a bunk room with three beds. An adult can still use the bunk room and have privacy. Perfect for us 4 guys. Owner is such a lovely lady and so helpful. She even dropped us off some beer when she helped reconnect the tv to WiFi. We will stay here again for sure.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Amber thought of everything. House is very clean and well stocked. Lovely outdoor seating area. Enjoyed the views. Would definitely highly recommend and would love to stay here the next time we’re in Seattle.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and Amber was very responsive. We loved the spacious home with beautiful views. It’s very peaceful and serene. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Check out process was very seamless too. We will definitely be back!

Great Place to Kick back and Enjoy Famiky!

We were in the area for a family reunion and this home was an excellent location because it was close to family and centally located between Seattle, Mt Rainier and other points of interest. The home was clean, comfortable, stylish and had everything we needed on site. It was great sitting on the deck in the morning with a cup of coffee and at night with a glass of wine reminiscing about the day. We would highly recommend this home!

Wonderful and Relaxing Stay!

We stayed at this beautiful house for two nights while entertaining our friends from Japan. The patio was breathtaking. From morning coffee to afternoon wine, the patio is just perfect to take in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. The house was also beautiful inside and out. Everything was super accommodating and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Thank you so much. definitely saving this information for future stays.

Absolutely beautiful location

The home is in the most perfect location! The trees around the house make you feel like you’re alone in the woods! This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. Walking in the AM around the house was therapeutic. Homeowner is awesome, so great to communicate with. Always responded right away and so helpful. There is an at home gym that is in one of the bedrooms- it kept us busy and was just enough. Please note the playhouse outdoors is not functioning. We did not read that until we arrived- but don’t let that stop you, my boys didn’t even notice because they had plenty to explore in the trees around the home. It was a dream come true for them. We would definitely recommend a stay here!

Beautiful Home

We stayed here for a family wedding. The location was perfect. Enjoyed a peaceful and beautiful view of the valley below from both inside and outside. Beds were comfortable and the older guests appreciated the adjustable king bed on the first floor. Kitchen had everything we needed and we could prepare meals rather than go out. Everything was clean and communication with host was superb. Location is close to shopping and food. Make sure you take advantage of outdoor kitchen, hot tub, fire pit, and comfy deck furniture. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property great host

The property is just as advertised, it is in a quiet area and the views are fantastic. There are many small touches that provide comfort during the visit. For example, when you step out onto the porch there are chairs to look at the view, in the basket under the table are some blankets in case it is one of those cool mornings or evenings the area is famous for. Throughout the house we found comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is very well appointed, including the perfect sized martini glasses for your vacation (extra, extra large). Amber was fantastic as well. All of our communication was quick and she had great recommendations about the area. Really easy to work with and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your stay is top notch. I would definitely go back and stay here again.

The host was kind, easy to communicate with, and congratulatory about our wedding, which we appreciated. However, the experience overall was disappointing. We booked the property 6 months in advance and made it clear it would be for a wedding party — it was accepted with no issue. But just 2 days before the wedding, the host informed us of strict guest limitations. On the morning of my wedding, I got another message that no one should be in the garage (we were never told it was off-limits), and that neighbors were complaining about traffic — we were just loading items for the venue.The house itself was not clean. There was dust everywhere, and when my daughter dropped a toy between the couch cushions, what I found underneath was filthy. The stove was grimy, fridge had leftover food, cupboards were greasy, and sheets appeared used. Cobwebs were visible throughout the home, and only the master bedroom door locked. There were also not enough towels for our group.The listing stated one room had three beds, but it only had two. On top of that, the backyard swing broke while my daughter was on it, and it had to be repaired during the stay.Between the lack of cleanliness, listing inaccuracies, and last-minute communication, it made for a stressful experience during a very special weekend.

Property sleeps 6 in beds, but welcome to put one or 2 more on the queen blow up that is in the workout room, there is space on the floor for it. The play fort can not be used as it has some deck issues that need to be dealt with. Thank you.
