This home is designed for entertaining. Everything from the pool table, formal dining table for 10, massive couch in the theatre room, to the private heated pool, outdoor built-in wet bar and large stainless steel grill, as well as al-fresco dining seating for 10, has been thought of and provided to ensure you have enough room to relax and enjoy each other’s company in beautiful setting.

From the moment you enter the door you can feel the thought and precision put into planning this home. You enter into the theatre room that hosts a gigantic couch facing the extra large television for those cozy movie nights or to enjoy the big game in ultra 4K. Lower the black out curtains and enjoy a true theatre experience. Of course, it has its own bathroom so you don’t have to miss anything!

The theatre room has an open floor plan and leads you into the light and airy living room, or as we like to call it, the conversation room. The centerpiece of this room is a floor to ceiling window covering the entire wall, flooding the room with Florida sunshine and giving you stunning views of the tropical landscape, custom designed to make the view perfect. We created this space to be the heart of the home, with live plants and neutral tones of browns and greens to really give you a zen feeling. There is a soft leather futon couch (that can fold into a bed for extra sleeping space) and plush chairs for you and your loved ones to spend time chatting or listening to records on the old school record player. Grab a book from our library that sits in the corner and simply enjoy being present in such a beautiful space. Beyond the gathering space there is a sleek pool table to practice your game or host your own pool tournament.
From the conversation room you enter the open plan kitchen with a formal dining table. The dining room faces our favourite part of the house, the opulent back yard and pool. Oversized sliding doors transport you into the tropical landscape, making eating dinner all the more indulgent. Our modern dining table seats 12 people! We know how important it is to be able to sit down and share a meal with company, so having space for your entire group to be truly together is one of our top priorities.

The chef style kitchen is finished with natural oak cabinets and granite counter-tops. Every appliance is stainless steel and custom built to our kitchen. Cooking has never looked better! There is plenty of counter space for chopping vegetables or spreading out your pickup food from one of the many amazing restaurants nearby. We have thought of every detail, this kitchen has everything you could think of! Wake up and make yourself some steaming espresso, cup of coffee, or large pot for your group if you’re feeling extra giving. We have the best of the best cooking utensils, pots and pans, elegant wine glasses, perfect sets of tableware, and more. We promise, if you are looking for it, this kitchen has it!

Find your way to the hallway off of the dining room and you will find the four bedrooms of the home, each unique and designed for optimal comfort.
The first room is the master bedroom. Entering this room you will automatically feel at peace. The queen bed is a beautiful natural wood and is always made with the best white linens and the softest comforter to cozy up under. Whites and natural tones fill this room, keeping it simple and relaxing to ensure you have amazing nights of rest. There is a private bathroom attached, with a beautiful architectural custom sink and bathtub with an amazing shower to pamper yourself. This room also features its own access glass-pane door to the pool, providing the room with natural light and green views of the backyard.

The second bedroom down the hallway is funky and bright. This bedroom sleeps the most amount of people, so it designed for single sleepers or the children in your group, but don’t be mistaken, this room is perfect for adults as well. We curated wide and sturdy solid wood bunk beds to make sure everyone will be comfortable sleeping here. There are two sets of bunk-beds, sleeping four people. Our signature high end memory foam mattresses and linens make sleeping cozy and comforting.
The third bedroom features another plush queen bed and is posh and modern. We designed this bedroom to feel like another master, without the private en-suite bathroom. Again, we provide you with the finest linens to wrap yourself up in and feel at home and one of the best mattresses you will ever sleep on, you will also have, as with all other rooms, a Smart TV with cable channels to watch TV and your favourite streaming apps before going to sleep.Both of these bedrooms share a large, perfectly renovated bathroom with a full bath with stand up shower.

At the end of the hallway, there is a staircase that leads your up to the intimate Master Suite. This is a true sanctuary of seclusion and custom designed comfort. A striking king bed sits in the center of the room facing glass pane French doors that look out over the stunning pool and lush landscape of the backyard. Soft colors and hanging plants surround the space and help you feel at peace. There is a cozy reading nook, for a couple to spend some alone time and enjoy each other’s company, as well as a plush chaise lounge for taking a nap or simply propping your feet up. A large 50 inch Smart TV is provided as well if you feel like watching some TV. This room is over 500 SQ FT and it features a large walking closet as well as The Master Suites' bathroom which is designed to feel like a true spa. A grand Jacuzzi is the main piece, with jets to give you a little massage. The stand-up shower is slate tile and modern glass. We filled even the bathroom with plants and the sun filters in through privacy windows. It is a truly stunning spa.

Finally, the main attraction, the backyard. The expansive heated swimming pool features a separate seating area with a flowing waterfall streaming into the main pool. There is a tall privacy fence, as well as many trees and hedges, surrounding the backyard so you have your own truly private oasis. There is a wooden deck with a shaded pergola overhead where the large outdoor dining table sits. It is fully covered over head, so you dine outside even when some of that signature south Florida rain hits. Twinkle lights and bohemian woven hangings turn a simple dinner outside into a something out of a movie. Lining the aqua pool are hotel grade lounge chairs for when you want to catch a tan. On the other end of the pool sits the custom built-in lounge. Three large arches with avant-garde hanging egg chairs frame a long, cushioned couch with coffee tables, that all sit under the built-in roof. Also under the roof is a high top bar, with stool seating and fully functional restaurant grade bar, for the bartender in your group or if you want to hire a caterer or bar-tending service (ask us for recommendations and discounts!). A huge grill jets out from the side of the bar. It is built in to a large granite counter so you have enough room to do all of the food prep outside or set up a buffet style serving area. We have our backyard custom landscaped with exotic plants as well as the tropical plants that are native to south Florida, so every corner is detailed with the perfect touch of flowers and our grass is always green and well maintained.
