Located in the heart of Dennis, this home offers the perfect Cape Cod experience. Just minutes from Mayflower Beach, guests can enjoy soft white sand, tidal pools, and breathtaking sunsets. Dennis boasts 16 public beaches free to enjoy, giving you endless shoreline options. The area also offers easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a scenic biking and walking path, plus nearby kayaking, paddleboarding, restaurants, and local shops. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, yet close to everything Cape Cod has to offer.

Guests enjoy full access to the house. The garage is not accessible. Please note there is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door, facing the front yard.

Downstairs, the finished basement is the home's showpiece: a speakeasy-style bar with a pool table, lounge seating, and board games — an easy favorite for evening gatherings and game nights. (Note the charmingly low basement ceiling.)

Step outside into a private, fully fenced backyard oasis — ideal for pets and little ones to roam safely.
