Our family of twenty (ranging in age from 5 months to 75 years) spent a wonderful week here. The kitchen is one of the best-stocked vacation rentals we’ve ever been in; the two dishwashers were a must, the two fridges were helpful, and the ice machine was a necessity and a pleasant surprise. The two living spaces were great to give the kids space from the adults, and everyone had more than enough space. Two washers and dryers were immensely helpful as well. The walk to the beach was easy and the pool was perfect for our group.

Our stay was good! It was able to accommodate for the amount listed. The only issue we had were related to the showers. Some would have only extremely hot water while others would have draining issues. With the amount of bathrooms in the house, we were able to make it work. Besides the showers, it’s a great spot because it is so close to the beach, gift shop, and a restaurants. The kids loved the pool. It is such a fun stay with a big group of people.

Great stay

Great location w safe neighborhood to run the pups in the AM (since we couldn’t take them on the beach). Enjoyed the pool & location to coffee shop & breakfast spot was walking distance!

The property itself is very pretty and we enjoyed our stay overall. There were just a few things that could use some attention. We noticed some cleaning issues, including hair on the shower wall and cigarette butts around the pool area. There was also no soap provided in any of the showers, and we would have appreciated having coffee available, although that wasn’t a major issue.The outdoor furniture could also use a little maintenance, as some of it looked fairly worn down.Overall, it’s a beautiful property with a lot of potential. With a little more attention to cleaning, supplies, and upkeep of the outdoor areas, it would make the stay even better.

Ideal Family Retreat

The property was clean and location to beach was perfect! Owners were responsive and helpful!! We would highly recommend this home to large families and would for sure stay here again!!!

The rooms were clean. The only thing we didn’t utilize the pool as much due to not being cleaned to our liking and one layout chair was broke when I sat on it. But otherwise the house was excellent and will stay again. I give it 10/10. I really enjoyed that house until next time.

Great house for staff retreat!

We hosted a staff retreat at the house, and it accommodated us perfectly! The great room is large enough to hold everyone (we had 18 adults and 5 kids) when we had meals together. But the property was also spacious enough to allow us to spread out if needed - tv roomb, pool deck, game room, balconies, etc. Communication with owners was great. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Nice Hose for large group

We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were large and house was well supplied. The walk to the beach was not far and there are little shops and coffee shops nearby. The pool is nice as well. Only problem was they scheduled pool maintenance during one of our 5 days. I think this would have been better on a day when the house was not occupied.

Family Vaca

Good location in a community with short drive to more touristy places. Easy couple minute walk to the beach. Plenty big and got good use out of the pool due to a storm in the gulf. Two dishwashers and two refrigerators makes it easy for large groups. We had about half our family on this trip but will definitely look to book again as it’s big enough for large groups. Definitely worth considering if your headed to the area.

Great property

Spacious property with a nice pool and backyard area. House itself could use some minor updating, but nothing about it impaired our trip at all. Plenty of room, bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The extra dishwasher, extra refrigerator and extra laundry all helped our large group out. It’s a very short walk to the beach, and an easy private access with two beach chairs reserved. Overall a great trip, and I would absolutely stay at this property again.

Miramar Trip

Everything was good but the TV’s did not have their remote control and one room on the second floor was very hot. We also found dead roaches in some areas of the house.

Hi, I’m shocked to hear about the roaches, we have never had any issues like that before and pride ourselves on a very clean place. All 9 tvs in the house have their own remote, but some do look similar so may have been moved to a different room. We will put labels on them all so that they get put back in the right spots. There are 3 thermostats in the house, so all areas should be able to be adjusted to a comfortable temperature. I’m glad to hear the rest of your stay was good and hope that you’ll return soon. -Matt

GREAT PROPERTY!

We had 4 generations of family in this house so having a 1st floor bedroom was awesome. The pool is a good size, clean and warm. It's great having a pool on property that was all ours! Plenty of pillows, towels, and to our surprise... beach towels! Kitchen had everything we needed and more. The icemaker in the kitchen was a great addition! Easy walk to the beach access . Be prepared for 20-25 stairs when you pack your beach stuff. Overall, we are thrilled with this property and would visit again.

We are so glad that you had a good time and were able to enjoy a 4 generation get-together. What an excellent opportunity to create memories. Yes, unfortunately, most of the private beach access along this area of the coast does require steps from the street area to get onto the beach. But once through the gate, the white sandy beach and emerald waters are hard to beat :)

Vacation 5/13/23-5/20/23

We had a wonderful time. It’s a older home, but clean. It doesn’t have an elevator and with 3 stories it might be an issue for some people. Working with management was easy; they were very responsive. The walk to the beach was easy (about a 3 minute walk). We loved the pool, we spent most of our time at the pool. We also loved that the management team provided 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach for us. The internet wasn’t always reliable, if you plan to do work, it could be an issue.

The Main floor bedroom is often helpful for family members that would do better avoiding stairs. We're sorry to hear that you encountered issues with the internet during your stay. Fragista Beach

Outstanding experience that was enjoyed by all 22 family members. Adequacy of sleeping arrangements was excellent. Kids had a great time in the pool. The beach was beautiful and easily accessed through a gated secure portal very close to the house. Downsides were overall cost for only 3 nights and property needed a deep cleaning but was beautiful. The outdoor kitchen/grill served us well but needed a good scrubbing before we used it. We left it better than we found it. Theatre Room was neat. Sliding door onto outdoor living area needs work.

Great place to stay

We had a family gathering with an 18 month old through grandparent age, and found this house to be very convenient. It is only two very short blocks and a set of stairs to the beach (everyone in the area has to use these to get down to the beach). Pool is great, plenty of chairs, a table, umbrella. They have some folding chairs, a wagon and a few toys you can bring to the beach, and there is one umbrella and 2 chairs that the beach will set up free for you every day, reserved for the week. Kitchen is well stocked for large numbers of people, grocery and fish market close. Problems with the back sliding door, making it difficult to open/close, were being addressed while we were there. Management quick to answer, neighborhood was great.
