We had a wonderful stay! The home was lovely, clean, and spacious enough to accommodate our large group very comfortably. We really enjoyed our time there and would happily stay again if it’s available and fits with our future travel plans. Highly recommend!

Fabulous rental property. The house is absolutely beautiful, the only down fall is no elevator. The house has 4 levels and every room has theme, loved it ! Just be ready to pack your luggage and yourself up and downstairs. But overall I would book again .Thanks again!

Would have been perfect if readiness ,maintenance and cleanliness were more of a priority. Pool was very dirty upon arrival. Lower level was filled with outdoor furniture and other outdoor furniture was put away on side of house. A number of broken items noticed( refrigerator indoor holders, waterfalls on roof not functional and look bad. Door leading to rooftop doesn't lock( seems like this would be a violation ) nor does it have any type of feature that profits small children to open door even if it did lock). Front door code mechanism quit working 2 days in. Window seal in one of bedrooms is broken and looks pretty nasty.If all these details were corrected its a perfect vaca rental. Very short walk to beach, amazing and large kitchen ( nicely equipped) and living area. Lots of king bed for large group. Very nice bathrooms. Kids loved the bunk rooms.

The hosts were very easy to work with. The home and amenities were excellent. The home is beautiful, in a great location and it is fully equipped with everything you need to have a great time. We had our Thanksgiving celebration here and the facilities were excellent.

We had just a couple of minor issues. The listing said heated pool. You had to pay extra for that, even for the hot tub. If we had known ahead of time, probably wouldn’t have been an issue at all. Temperature of hot water in the house wasn’t high enough. Had to request maintenance. The most frustrating issue was the beach access gate. I had to call twice. We got locked out while at the beach. Maintenance guy seemed pretty unconcerned that it wasn’t working properly. He insisted we just “weren’t pushing the buttons correctly.” It felt insulting to say the least. We finally just put something in the gate to keep it from closing at all. Not ideal. Overall this house is amazing!! It’s a gorgeous property. The issues we had would not keep us from staying there again.

We had an amazing stay! The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and felt very luxurious. The host was incredibly responsive and replied right away whenever we had a question.One of the biggest perks was the location—just a one-minute walk to the beach. We also loved the rooftop kitchen and the stunning beach views. The house was spacious and well-designed, with separate AC units on each floor and private bathrooms for almost every bedroom, which made our stay very comfortable.Parking was excellent as well—we comfortably fit six vehicles with no issues.We truly loved everything about this property and would absolutely stay here again. The only thing to keep in mind is that there are quite a few stairs, so be prepared for that. Other than that, it was perfect.Highly recommend this home, and we look forward to returning!

The host contacted our group as we arrived late Friday. She provided a direct contact should we need anything. We did contact her twice and the response was immediate. We had a group of 12. The primary 2nd floor kitchen, den, dining combination had more than enough room for our group. Easy walk to the beach, especially for the kids in our group.We are ready to back to the same house next year.

Perfect location, beautiful house!

The house was perfect for our large family vacation. Property manager was responsive to issues. Only disappointment was that the main oven did not work. The house had another smaller oven but wasn’t ideal for our large family.

Wonderful house for a family vacation

We had a wonderful time at The Pearl! It was beautiful and close to the beach, and our family had a great time staying there. There were some issues with the pool getting too hot and the main kitchen oven stopped working towards the end of our stay. Keri was easy to communicate with and took care of some small things we needed. She also tried to help me fix the pool issue over the phone. It didn’t work unfortunately, and the oven still wasn’t working when we left, but otherwise our stay was wonderful!

This house was absolutely stunning. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the home was even better than the photos. The rooms are huge, and having multiple kitchens, washers, and dryers made it perfect for a large group. We had 25 people staying here and still had more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The only issue we experienced was a stressful situation late at night when we returned from the bars around 12:30 a.m. We were locked out of the VRBO. Several girls had to wait outside for over an hour while we troubleshot the issue. It also took multiple attempts to contact before we were finally able to get someone on the phone. That said, once we reached someone, they were helpful, got us back inside, and sent someone out the next day to fix the lock. Besides that situation, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this house and neighborhood to any large group. The location is incredible, and it’s just a two-minute walk to the beach. It is also close to restaurants and shops. Overall, a beautiful place to stay.
