Our tiny house on the hill is a spacious home nestled right in the heart of Capitol Hill. The custom lofted bed has a window with a direct view of the stars. If you want to get outside to enjoy the fresh air, we have a cozy little patio with twinkling lights and a grill. It's perfect for a couple looking to enjoy the best neighborhood in Seattle together!
Don't underestimate how valuable our COMPACT parking spot is in the busy city. If you have a bigger car I can offer you a spot at my office a block a way.
Walking distance to stuff like Trader Joeâs, a grocery co-op, tons of great restaurants, thrift stores, bookstores and more.
Great location and wonderful hosts. It's rare to get a place with off street parking. The challenge for us, both being in our late 60's was getting down the loft bed ladder when nature calls in the middle of the night.
It was perfect for our couple days in the city! Parking spot was small but manageable knowing that from the listing and a great plus! Eynat was an awesome host and was very responsive! Super comfortable bed in the loft as well!
Easily walkable to Capitol Hill & Pikes Place Market (30ish minutes). Great kitchen with basic utilities & supplies. Host was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
It was just me and my cousin who stayed here for a night and it was an overall great experience! The only downside is that parking is a little funky, but other than that every thing was amazing!
As described, a tiny house, good for a couple that can climb a ladder to the loft bed. Centrally located in Capitol Hill but enough off the main drag to be quiet and tucked away. Very responsive owners, extra linens. And a bidet!
First and foremost, our host was amazing! Eytan's communication and accommodations far surpassed most traveling experiences we've had. The property was very clean and comfortable and is in a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Everything is withing walking distance with many quaint and beautiful shops, restaurants and breweries to explore. The light rail is also a few blocks away for a quick trip to down to Pike and waterfront. We will definitely stay at our home away from home next time we visit Seattle.
This is a cool, little pad right in cap Hill with a parking spot. The location is great, and the house suited us just fine. The parking spot is in the alley and is small, but very useful. The queen bed is located up a ladder in the loft. Communication with the host was wonderful and he was very helpful with any questions we had.
The property is perfect for a nice getaway while still being in the heart of a city, the location is perfect walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Not to mention the theme of the home is very
Location was perfect. Food and shops in walking distance. Would recommend not trying to park a large truck in assigned spot. Mine was just barely small enough. House is cute and comfortable. Would stay there again.
Really enjoyed staying at this home! The layout, decor and location are a great value especially with the parking spot. I mostly walked and took the light rail which it's a 10 min walk to. Comfortable loft bed. Good washer/dryer. Clean and cute.
This rental was super cute and in a really great spot in the city. There were lots of thoughtful touches throughout the home. The only thing that I would recommend to future renters is to keep in mind that parking is very tight and I struggled a bit to get my sedan into/out of the driveway down the alley. I definitely recommend a compact car. Everything else about the rental is lovely and I definitely recommend it.
Tiny house on the hill is a Capitol Hill gem and perfect for the book launch we attended at Elliott Bay Bookstore (another Seattle gem). Everything you need is provided including parking.
Only downside would be if you are mobility challenged. The loft bed is accessed via a ladder (as shown in pics).

My daughter and I loved this little house. We took advantage of the grill for one of the nights, and it was just like being at home. The house itself is very cozy and well kept, and has all kinds of nerdy touches as well.
The location is excellent, with easy walks to food and transportation and shopping. We felt completely safe the whole time we were there as well. The parking spot is very small, and unfortunately our rental was a bit too big for it, but the host was on top of it and got us hooked up right away.
The host was very quick to respond to any question or need we had, and even checked up once just to see if there was anything we needed. I could not have asked for a better host.
Overall a solid recommendation for a place to stay in Seattle, especially if you want to be close to the main attractions and downtown.
The good: House was centrally located, very clean and had everything you need to cook. Owner responded immediatley to issues finding parking and noise. The bad: the main bed is in the loft, so if you are someone who gets up in the middle of the night, be prepared to navigate the ladder. The fold out couch was REALLY uncomfortable, hard, small and lump in the middle. The ugly: The pictures make it look as though it is a stand-alone house. It's actually within a cluster of townhomes that are VERY close together and share a common outdoor space, and the neighbors were really loud... in the wee hours of the night. Also, make sure you get insutructions on how to find the property and the parking spot. We drove around the block for 20 minutes before I finally called the owner. Entrance is on a different street from the actual address.
My son and I had a great stay at this perfect little tiny house. Itâs tucked away off the main streets in a secluded little area with a very nice courtyard area to enjoy some outside time. Would definitely book again!
