Condo was very clean and updated. Beds were verycomfortable. Shower pressure was amazing, but hot water knob in sink was broken. Directions and communication was great. Beautiful! Only issue was TV didn't have availability to watch major sports, and the remote was a challenge to use. Luckily we had our own streaming service. Also, it might be nice to have had a pad of paper and a pen to write on.

Place and location was great! The host was very informative. Hot tub was amazing! Beds, pillows and sheets were amazing and very comfortable (we want to know where to buy the pillows)Only complaints we had was there was a wad of hair in the shower that was never cleaned up prior to our arrival, the grill was nasty (I cleaned the grate in the sink myself before using it was a fire hazard otherwise). There was dirt and gravel in the hot tub but didn’t stop us from using it. I was under the impression there was a garage with this unit but those were behind where we were located.We would definitely return to this property and recommend it to others.

Great location, very comfortable condo. Hot tub was a lifesaver after a long day of hiking, and we used it every day! Would 100% stay here again.

Overall, the property was very nice and cozy. It was really the location and the view that make it spectacular, as well as the private hot tub on the deck.After we checked out and realized I had left something valuable in the unit, I was very happy to find out they located it and are shipping it back to me. That means a lot to me.All that said, there were a couple of things not working and some chipped paint here and there. I think some maintenance is in order. Overall a great stay.

This place was so comfortable for our family of 5. It was extremely convenient to the RMNP, as well as Estes park, yet in a quite neighborhood. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time through.

Great place to stay. However, the hot tub was not working and we weren't able to use it. I rented this condo because of the hot tub. It was a big disappointment. I was issued a 100 for the inconvenience.That helped a little.Other than that, it was a very nice place to stay.

I really enjoyed this condo! The hot tub was in great condition and there were many elk bugling nearby!My only suggestion would be to add a single-serving Keurig coffee machine to the kitchen.

I was disappointed with the master bedroom’s bed. It was very squeaky (I’m maybe 175 pounds), and there was only one choice of pillow type-fat. For what it cost, it is inline with similar places I’ve stayed. Overall, I was a little underwhelmed, but I did enjoy myself and the views were decent. You can definitely do much worse! I’d probably stay there again.
