This was such a perfect location for our annual gathering! Very spacious and comfortable home and easy access to the downtown area via the pedestrian bridge. Highly recommended!

The host was very responsive to the few questions we had. Quick 3-5 min walk to Johnsons Beach/ downtown Guerneville via crossing the pedestrian bridge. Location perfect.

This place was in a very continent location. We were able to walk into town easily. The house was quiet and comfortable. Claire was kind and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Incredible spot! Hot tub made it all next level. Walkable to part of the river. Super great experience with Clare answering all my questions and making everything super easy! Already want to come back

We stayed with another family of four dog and had a wonderful time. There were plenty of beds rooms for all the kids and us to spread out. Hot tub was great! Big kitchen for cooking was nice. The location is incredible. We walked to Johnson’s beach easily and downtown guernville via the walking bridge. Perfect space for 8 people or more depending. It is a river house, there’s some cobwebs in the eaves, the beds were decent/ comfortable (we’re not picky) all the bathrooms were spotless clean. It fit our needs perfectly. Thank you for having us.

This is a lovely and super comfortable home with just about everything one could need. The location is great…about a 10 minute walk to downtown. The home and kitchen are very well equipped. The host Clare is prompt in replying and the check-in and check out process is a breeze. Highly recommended.

What an amazing and cozy house! This house was in the best location possible for our weekend. Clare made us feel at home and comfortable. The house was super clean and ready for us when we got there. There eas a power outage that weekend but Clare had all the necessities to keep us comfortable. It was an easy check in and out process. Would love to come back.

Clare was easy to communicate with leading into and during the trip, checkin was a breeze and we couldn’t have asked for a better setup for our group. Plenty of comfortable beds and seating and a great location right near the pedestrian bridge to town!

We have been visiting this house for a couple years now, and have always enjoyed our stay. The host really cares and is easy to reach if needed. It's an ideal location for staying in Guerneville - it's close to downtown, next to the river, and plenty of good places to go for an walk. We love this place and plan on staying here many more times in the future.
