Constructed in 2015 and 20 steps from the beach, our 4 bedroom (plus den), 3.5 bathroom (plus 2 outdoor showers) kid-friendly home is perfect for your family getaway. Includes 6 adult season beach passes.

Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, tools, etc. 5 burner gas range, double oven, drawer microwave, oversized French door refrigerator.

Primary suite has private ocean-facing deck/outdoor shower and inside 2-person soaking tub.

3 Queen bedrooms (including primary), 1 bedroom with twin bunk beds, and the futon couch in the den converts to a single bed (and the doors close).

Upper LR deck has gas grill and dining table. Lower deck has porch swing and adirondack chairs. Garage accommodates 2 cars inside (and room for another on the street).

Downstairs storage room has everything you need for the beach: chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, and more. Also a “dorm” fridge to keep your beach beverages cold.

After the beach you can hose off your feet on the side of the house or opt for the private cedar outdoor shower with separate dressing room.

2-zone central air/heat system (paid for w solar panels, so it’s guilt free), or windows galore if you want to let in the ocean breezes!

Walkable (less than 0.5 miles) to restaurants (including Lost & Found, Lost at Sea, Grotta di Fuoco, Five Ocean, and more) bakeries/coffee (Blacksmith’s Breads, Baked By The Ocean, Dough Hut), pizza, ice cream, groceries, and more!
