Belle maison au bord de l'eau avec plan d'étage ouvert. Maison neuve. Grand comptoir en granit avec tabourets. Salle à manger. Grande salle familiale avec TV 75 " L'espace Les clients peuvent utiliser toute la maison. Ils partagent seulement l'espace avec les gens de leur parti. Interaction avec les invités J'aime donner aux clients leur espace personnel, mais je suis disponible pour répondre à vos questions car je reste à dix minutes de la maison.

Amazing sunrises!

This location can’t be beat. Beautiful home, neighborhood and view. Our 3 adult children and their spouses joined us and we each had our own bedroom. The owner even switched out a bunk bed for a queen bed for us. The kitchen is well stocked and even has two sets of dishes and silverware. The island is large and a great gathering spot!

Beautiful home

We stayed here for a family wedding Oct. 5. The home is beautiful and the waterfront views are relaxing. It was the perfect home for preparing for our wedding festivities. Lovely spaces for gathering both inside and outside. Our host was friendly, welcoming and responsive.

Great escape from city

A group of us came to stay at Maharanie’s house recently. She greeted us when we arrived, showed us around, and was responsive to any questions during our stay. The house was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the enjoy the beautiful outdoor area due to weather but we still managed to have a great stay and used the grill! Would definitely come back!

We had a great stay at this VRBO property! The location was ideal—close to the water and local attractions, yet peaceful enough for relaxation. The house was beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. We especially appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels and warm communication.

Beauty by the bay

We loved our stay at this outstanding home. The house is both elegant and functional, featuring a fully outfitted chef's kitchen, an attractive and comfortable living area and lovely bedrooms for all the family. The house is immaculate with easy to use luxury appliances and TVs. We especially enjoyed the aura of quiet and serenity.The water views from the outside decks are not just pretty, but peaceful. The owner is meticulous and sensitive to her guests' needs. Check in and out were super easy. We have rented houses many times on VRBO and we feel lucky to have found Maharanie's home for our summer vacation.

A little bit of paradise (7/19-21)

We highly recommend this property. I was looking for a place for out-of-town family and friends to stay or my daughter's bridal shower. Maharanie was an incredible host, with wonderful communication skills and genuine care about our stay. Before our stay, she replied to any question I asked very quickly. One could see that she cares about this property. She provides house rules, but they are there to maintain the integrity of the next guests. Even though she was experiencing health concerns, she met us at the door with warmth and grace. She provided a tour of her immaculate property, highlighting all the thoughtful touches that made her property so special. She assured us that she was only a phone call away if we needed anything. Our guests loved the amazing sunrises from her back deck or sitting on the comfy couch to watch late-night movies together. There were a few items left at the property that she put aside for me until I could get back there. She met me at the property and had a discussion about her property and our guests' experiences. Everyone had a fabulous time; they were impressed with the cleanliness of the home and all that it offered. When I was leaving, she gave me a shower gift for my daughter and her hubby. This shows how much she cares about her guests. If you are coming to Long Island and looking for a beautiful home overlooking the water, close to beaches, or NYC, I would recommend contacting Maharanie.

Beautiful ambience

Property was right on the water with many different seating options to enjoy the outdoors. There was even an awninged area to avoid the sun. It was great! The house is clean, well organized and the hostess provides everything that’s needed. She was very inviting and very receptive to our needs. We would definitely visit again.

It was a pleasure staying at Maharanie house. She made our stay very comfortable. The house was beautiful, spacious and well kept. Just perfect

Where do I start?! It started with Maharanie saving a family trip after we were almost scammed on Vrbo by someone else. She was responsive from the onset of my inquiry! Her home was pristine, beautiful, and perfect for a family trip away. The outdoor spaces spectacular with incredible views and various locations to enjoy the scenery. The home left us not wanting to leave! More amazing than the property was the host
 Maharanie. She has truly thought of everything and anything a guest might need and want! She is very thoughtful, responsive, and truly kind. She was more than a host

Five Star House and Host

I had the pleasure of staying at Maharanie's house for one night and i wish it was for one month! The house is absolutely beautiful and it comes stocked with everything one would need ! I was very impressed with the house itself and everything was 5 star all the way. The beds were comfy, linens and towels were top notch. Nothing cheap about this house. My wife loved that Maharanie provided all the toiletries, right down to mouthwash, floss, and special wraps for her hair after the shower! Overall, beautiful house and great host! Will definitely try to get back to enjoy the backyard and water in the sumner.

Stunning Home & Property. Impeccably Clean. Amazing Host.

I have traveled extensively and stayed in many locations all over the U.S. The house and the grounds were truly stunning, breathtaking water view and very, very clean. The owner definitely had a professional decorator and landscape designer to pull this all together. This was by far my best experience with a host and quality of the location. It’s very high end. She even had amenities in every bathroom. New eye makeup remover wipes, toothbrushes, etc, which I can say was a major lifesaver for me. My friends and I were staying together here to celebrate my 50th birthday! It had been a number of years since we were all able to get together. I mentioned this to the host and when we arrived there was a bottle of chilled Champagne, a bouquet of Birthday balloons and a birthday card! I was so touched at how thoughtful she was and how she had taken the extra time to make our stay even more memorable! I am really picky about the places I stay. I read all the reviews and I make sure to post reviews after my stays. I made the mistake of not doing that when I first started staying places through Vrbo and I got completely taken. The photos were not accurate, furniture was cheap and I found hairs on my “clean” pillow. Later I read the reviews that mentioned all of those things I had experienced. I was so pleased when we arrived and the photos cant capture how amazing this place is and I couldn’t find any sign that anyone had been in that house before us
 lol. And I looked! If you’re considering staying here. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed. My friends and I loved it so much that we already booked for next year!!!
