With 2 Built in Queen Size Bunk Beds in the Living Room and 1 bathroom, and accommodations for up to 9 guests, Bayou Oaks Too is ideal for small families, friend groups, or dedicated anglers. The home is comfortably furnished and includes all linens at no extra charge, including sheet sets, bath towel sets, beach towels, and kitchen linens—all provided for your convenience.

• 1 Single Couch

Out back, you’ll find what truly sets Bayou Oaks Too apart—3 private fishing piers where you can cast a line for trout, redfish, and flounder under the brightest lights on the bayou. Bring your boat and keep it tied up at the pier for quick access to the West Galveston Bay complex.

In the evenings, gather around the large fire pit with seating for 6+, or enjoy a laid-back dinner at the picnic table area while the breeze rolls off the water.

You’re also just steps away from Captain Mark’s Marina, a full-service spot with fuel, ice, drinks, snacks, and a boat ramp. On weekends, the marina is the heart of local activity, often hosting fishing tournaments, cook-offs, golf cart parades, and fundraisers—giving you a true taste of the Demi John community.

Right across the bayou, the Bastrop Bayou Public Fishing Area features a 200-foot lighted pier, paved parking, and an additional boat ramp, making it an angler’s paradise.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love exploring the nearby Brazoria National Wildlife Refuge, just down County Road 476. Spanning nearly 46,000 acres, the refuge offers hiking, birdwatching, and wildlife viewing across salt marshes, freshwater wetlands, coastal prairies, and forests. A $300.00 security deposit “HOLD” will be processed 2 days prior to check in from the owners online booking platform. You will need to provide them with a credit card for this transaction “hold”. This is just a hold and will not be collected unless there are rule violations, damages to the property or guests do not follow the check out instructions.
