This new (2001) personality filled beach house was built with every vintage detail, including many recycled features from historic homes. The airy, bright, sun filled home was featured in Coastal Living Magazine and is a Pottery Barn photo shoot favorite. Relax in the swimming pool with spa, on the sun facing bougainvillea covered porch, the cozy oak tree shaded sun room (with day bed) or the large open living area with fireplace. Life revolves around the 1950's inspired kitchen and Big Chill fridge. High speed internet, television, gas barbecue are conveniences provided for your holiday. Enjoy the ocean view from the deck off of the master bedroom (one queen). Three other bedrooms - kids room (two twins), guest room (one queen), and the bunk room (four twins). Sit in the water tower to enjoy the sunset or a morning meditation.

Enjoy the beautifully landscaped gardens, scour the orange, lemon and lime trees, and passion fruit vine when ripe.

Perfect for families or small groups. Includes a basketball hoop, a selection of 15 adult and youth bicycles, boogie boards, paddle ball and other amenities for the beach are provided.

Our house is not a place for large gatherings or parties given the quiet neighborhood.

Located centrally to most everything: a short mile from Miramar Beach, The Miramar Hotel and Four Seasons Biltmore Hotel, across the creek from the YMCA, Manning Park (tennis), and a short walk to the exclusive Upper Village (dining, boutique shopping, library, grocery…).
