Great location. Walkable to main sights. Air Conditioning did not work properly as after 5 minutes it leaked copious amounts of water. Apparently an ongoing problem as the floor was warped by the Air Conditioner when we arrived. A message to the host alerting to this problem was not answeredThe heat in the unit made it very difficult to sleep. We purposely searched for units with AC and were disappointed that we were not told of this problem. I would have picked another apartment if I had known.

Very sorry about the air con issue , the units have just been replaced new because of the leaking problem . We called the technician to fix the issue and the fould the pipe was clogged , fine now . I apologize for the accident and would like to reimbourse some fee to you

The host seemed to lose track of our check in time and was not in the country when we arrived in Venice. We had to wait two additional hours for one of their friends to arrive and let us in. The apartment was otherwise as advertised but the showers leaked water, the plaster walls crumbled in various locations leaving dust in patches, particularly in the bathroom, and mosquitoes were a real issue in the apartment, despite having had the windows closed during our stay. The mosquitoes would wake us each night while sleeping and were incessant.

Amazing Location!

The property was just as advertised. The location can not be beat and was exactly in the middle of where you wanted to be. The check in process was seamless and a huge thank you to Guilio for the amazing recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautifully designed apartment. The location is great! The host left a list of local restaurant recommendations where we enjoyed some of the best meals of our trip to Italy!

Our first time in Venice

We had a wonderful time staying at this quaint apartment. Everything was all set for us. We enjoyed having two bathrooms for its size. It was centrally located and was a great hub for our stay. We plan to reach out again for availability for our next trip.

Wonderful Apartment In Great Location!

This is a wonderful apartment on a great little side literally looking out to the staircase of La Scala. The bedrooms are a little small, but that can be expected in a town with limited space like Venice. The hosts were welcoming. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic place!

The space was lovely with books and art. It has plenty of ambiance and feels cosy. Its ground floor which made it so much easier with so much luggage. Stefano was charming and welcoming. He even went so far out of his way to book us a water taxi when we couldn't figure it out. The best host!couldnt

Good Location

VRBO host was extremely supportive and helpful. Location was near St Marks Square (4 minute walk). Only unfortunate situations were main shower curtain was unable to stop all water from dripping on the floor. Main bedroom floor had a dirt film that collected on our socks. Overall a decent place to stay while in Venice.

Excellent location

This apartment is right near the action but on a quiet street, perfect for any adventure. I will say that everything is rather worn-sheets, towels, couch. Did not seem right for the price point. Having said that, communication and location were excellent. Host went out of her way to help us when I made a wrong turn and patiently waited for us to get to the assigned location.

Beautiful Weekend in Venice

First time in Europe and the first time in Venice. Very detailed instructions on how to check in and a lovely woman met us to show us how to open the door and show us around the loft and answer questions. Beautiful view of the historic Escala. Loft is fully stocked with everything you would need from bottle openers to hair dryers and towels. Plenty of space to move around in. Very clean. Would recommend this to anyone!

Best location to walk to everything

Amazing two bedroom apartment. Spacious bathrooms. Lots of towels. The location is phenomenal. The view out the living room window is to die for. The host was very impressive. She met us at our water taxi and showed us the way to the apartment. Great communicator. We will be back next year with our two little girls. One kid will sleep on the couch in the other can go in the second bedroom which has a smaller size bed. Love this place!!

We (husband and wife) visited from the US in May 2026. The apartment was outstanding. There were several features that stood out to us.Location - being located between the Rialto Bridge and Saint Mark's Square was fantastic. Maybe a 5 minute walk to both. You can see Palazzo Contarini del Bolovo out the front windows. Busy during the day but very quite at dinner and overnight.Space - plenty large enough for 3 people or 4 if someone sleeps on the couch. The second bathroom was a bonus even for 2 people. Everything was clean and the kitchen appeared to have everything for cooking (we ate out).Correspondence - owners answered questions very quickly and provided easy directions to meet to show the apartment, review regulations, and hand over keys.Updates - there were a few items that we would like to see completed for an even better experience. Shower doors could use some work in the master bath and does allow some water on the floor. Including a small bottle of shower gel/shampoo would he helpful. It is a bit dark at night, a couple more lamps would help. Having a roll of paper towels or napkins is helpful. The flooring into the main room has a bubble that can trip someone and should be repaired. New linens and towels could be updated Lastly the bed was a bit hard for our taste but may be normal for Italy.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est situé proche du pont Rialto et des commerces. Petit bémol pour les moustiques qui nous ont perturbé la nuit

Rental near Campo Manin

The rental was in a great location in Venice-close to all the sites but a bit away from the crowds. Our taxi brought us to the dock closest to the unit, and Giulio met us there and showed us to the rental. The rental was small with not much common area but clean and well-equipped for our stay. Our fourth guest slept on the sofa (not sofa bed), for which there was an extra charge. We had a really nice visit!
