Easy booking. Host was easy to communicate with and responses were fast. Check in was easy. The property is spacious with plenty of room for everyone. It was very clean considering it’s a big house and likely rented by large parties at a time. Everything worked as it should. I will say, on move in day it will take a minute for the AC to catch up downstairs. Make sure you keep the doors shut even as you come in and out. Check out was a breeze. Overall, I’d be happy to rent this place again if ever needed.

A lot of debris Walls dirty and face plates Also bug in bathtub Lost a day in pool because of condition in poolHouse needs a good paint job to bring it up to a presentable vacation place Host did take care of issues but do not offer any refund. This property was absolutely amazing! My kids enjoyed it from the time we arrived until the time we left. There was more than enough room for everybody. The gaming room was great. The pool was great! The house was clean and organized! I would love to stay here anytime we're visiting the area!!!

We stayed at the property in Mid August.ProsThe inside of the property is lovely with all themed bedrooms as described and all decorated to a good standard The games room is well equipped and was adequate for our needsGood location near Disney theme parks.ConsThe outside of the property is not up to standard. When we arrived we took pictures of the dirty tiles and weeds growing between the tiles. The weeds were removed after four days but the tiles still remained dirty and the whole exterior is in need of a good deep clean. The covering on the exterior outside furniture is very tatty and dirty and needs cleaning or ideally replacing.As a family we book a Villa rather than staying in hotels so we can all gather outside and chat while the children enjoy the pool. We didn't feel comfortable doing that this year and tended to congregate inside.We have stayed in other Villas in the area so know what standards to expect.Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property , we could even see the fireworks from Epcot and Magic Kingdom at night. But there needs to be some work done and money spent on the exterior to bring it up to an acceptable standard

Nice but bring your own stuff

We had 12 people there for 7 nights. It was nice and we did enjoy the stay. We were only given 1 towel per person, a couple bars of soap and shampoo in each bathroom and a few trash bags and when I asked about more they said they do not restock. First time I have encountered that at a vrbo property.

Great house!

The theme of the house was so creative. Perfect space for a girls weekend. House was clean but pool was dirty. Close to all the parks. The owner was very responsive but the property manager, RBR, has a nightmare process of paperwork. When I had a problem and the owner and I couldnt get it fixed, I called RBR and had a very unprofessional experience. Parking is very limited for a 6 bedroom. Only 2 SUVs fit in driveway without a $200 fine. Despite the issues we had with check in I would still recommend the house. The indoor space and location is great.

A solid property with plenty of space for everyone. Pros, great communication from the host, the location was excellent very close to the parks & shopping/resturants, the game room was a great addition, plenty of rooms & beds & great space to dine together. Cons, while the house looked clean on the surface, on our arrival it didn’t seem like any of the bedding had been cleaned, (the main bed sheet was covered in hair & one of the starwars duvets seemed to have some kind of snore strip permanently attached to it, went to change it but outside of extra pillows there wasn’t any extra bedding in the house at all), most of the blinds had a layer of dust on them & we had to rewash most of the plates, glasses, cups etc. used the washer & everything came out covered in some kind of fluff. Used the hoover and it smelled funny. The details on the front door about the locks are completely irrelevant & a little confusing after a very long travel day All in all a deep clean & spare bedding/towels would have made our stay 5 stars.

It was 10 of us and we truly enjoyed our stay. We didn't feel crowded and everyone had enough space to get dressed, which were my biggest concerns. These concerns went away as soon as I saw the space in person. We had enough space for everyone to eat together and fellowship.Improvements:I think there should be more communication around there being 2 entrance points to the community because it confused us, Uber drivers, ect. Everyone's GPS is different.I feel for the price range and size of accomodations, there was very limited toiletries/supplies offered. I would suggest offering every bathroom at least 2-3 rolls of tissue per bathroom. For the amount you spend, 1 roll per bathroom wasn't enough. For a house that sleeps 14, 2 trash bags is not enough. It should at least be 1 bag per night stayed. We had to bring extra trash bags, paper towels, tissue, dish washing pods, ect. You also have to take your own trash to a dumpster on a different side of the community.We also didn't realize that even though the pool/back patio was covered, water would come through the covering from the rain, so we couldn't sit outside.Overall it was a great house, but some of those service aspects/soft touches could be improved if you're spending 1200.

Wonderful home for our extended family Disney World vacation! The home was beautiful, clean, well equipped and plenty of room for our large family! We enjoyed the relaxing pool with the screened lanai and even watched Disney fireworks in the distance. We had a magical family vacation and the home was perfect!

very good but: The entrance through the pool is not secure, the lock and windows are forced, anyone enters at any time, they are exposed. The bad pool table, the bands do not bounce and uneven, the damaged pingpong table, the tub in the main room is regulated so that hot water does not come out, they do not visit you to fix your things, totally indifferent.

Me and 12 other family members vacationed in this home and we all slept very comfortable! The place was super clean and exactly like the pictures displayed! Check in & check out went smoothly and Sandra had been cooperative & responsive before & during our stay! I’d definitely stay again!

Home away from home

The home was very cozy and comfortable. The children loved the game room, the pool, and the water park. Had a little bug infestation due to construction nearby, I called the maintenance number provided and the pest control arrived within 2 hours of calling! Sandra was very responsive too all my messages. Would definitely recommend this home to others!

Fun vacation

We stayed at this property for July 4th long weekend. Everyone in the family liked the house, which had fairly new appliances, hardwood floors and decent sized bedrooms. Tea cups are little dirty and needs replacement but other than that we liked the house.
