The condo was perfect for us. Plenty of room and close to golf, restaurants and everything we wanted to do in Pawleys island.

Perfect Vacation Home

Wonderful home for a long weekend family reunion. Beautiful views of the golf course and both screen rooms are a super nice place to relax and watch the golfers. Stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of towels. Very clean and spacious. Great to find beach chairs and towels available! Definitely recommend.

Daughter’s Wedding

Perfect location for a stay near our daughter’s wedding at Pawley’s Plantation. The villa accommodated our family from ages 19-82. Easy access to nearby restaurants and stores. Check-in and check-out process easy and seamless. We definitely recommend and would stay here again!

They think of everything

The property was as advertised and more. Charles and Annette provided us with everything we could have expected and more. The property is in a great location within Pawley’s Plantation on the ninth fairway just a short walk to the club house. The townhouse is comfortable and well stalked for all your needs. I would encourage anyone to stay in this property.

Great spot for a pawleys getaway

The place is excellent, very spacious, great if you have kids. Location near the golf course and short walk to clubhouse. Charles was very responsive and kind when we had a small issue. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pawleys plantation rental.

Perfect place for family gatherings. Well appointed with everything you could want/need. Location was convenient to Pawleys Island Golf and Country Club where our daughter’s wedding events were held. Easy drive/walk to venue.

Pawleys Island golf trip

Great location on the 9th hole of Pawleys plantation. Plenty of room for our party of 4. Close proximity to other courses like True Blue and Caledonia. Owners very responsive and condo was very clean with lots of little perks like providing towels, linens, etc etc. Very easy to work with and responsive.

Charles and Annette were wonderful hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo in Pawleys plantation. Wonderful property and would highly recommend - It was exactly as advertised. Look forward to the Nicklaus course reopening in October.

Beautiful Home In Great Location

Highly recommend this lovely home. The location was fantastic. The golf course views were fabulous. Very spacious home for 7 friends who were celebrating a friend's daughter's wedding. Check in/out was extremely easy and communication with the owner was very quick. Would definitely rent this home again.

What a wonderful place to stay!!!! We had a great time! Charles was a great host. We had a water heater issue he had it replaced while we were out golfing and shopping! He went above and beyond to make our stay great. I would highly recommend staying here!!!

Wonderful Place

We really enjoyed our stay at his cute condo. The furnishings are very pretty. The beds were all very comfortable. The communication with the host is superb! He emailed us before our stay with clear instructions on how to enter and lots of other good information. He even permitted us to check in early! I would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at the Joyces' villa. Perfect space for five adults and one child. Room to spread out but plenty of room to be together. When there was a concern, they were prompt to answer and correct it. Will definitely stay again.

A wedding at Pawley’s plantation

This home was the perfect location and size for us! We were visiting Pawley’s for a friends wedding, and this home was less than a 5 minute walk to the clubhouse/venue. It was such a cute and spacious home, five of us fit very comfortably and we absolutely could have fit a few more people without a problem. The hosts were amazing and so communicative. 10/10 would recommend this property for anyone coming down to Pawley’s!
