OUR VILLA- Why settle for less when you can have it all! Our beautiful 3 bedroom corner villa offers tons of natural light and is located on top floor with a view of Palmetto Dunes golf course, marsh, pond and yes, even the OCEAN! This view is not just from the amazing balcony and great room but from the 2 main bedrooms window as well!

Our villa is decorated with a "happy and nautical beachy" decor. The great room and dining areas are open and airy, perfect for entertaining and offers lots of room for a large family. The great room boasts a 55” Smart TV for your Netflix and popcorn nights. There is a overstuffed chair, a love seat and a reclining sofa as well as seating for 6 at the table 2 bat stools, and 3 additional barstools at the kitchen bar. We offer free wifi and cable as well as DVD player, movies, books and board games for your family's enjoyment.

The master bedroom suite offers a King bed, large flat screen TV, contemporary furnishings and tub/shower and large master closet, The 2nd guest bedroom offers a second queen bed dresser and large flat screen tv and in the 3rd bedroom a single bed with separate trundle and set of bunk beds all with flat screen TV's. The trundle and lower bunk could be set up as a full. There is a second bathroom with walk in shower, and washer/dryer small capacity combo in the unit as well as a larger secondary coin laundry in the building for larger washing needs.

The living/family room features all modern and contemporary furnishings. Beautiful dining set with a seating for 6 and an additional 3 seats at the bar area to sit 9 comfortably.

Our modern, updated kitchen has granite countertops, and tile back splash. Kitchen features refrigerator, microwave, stove with vented hood, toaster, single and full size blender, plenty of cooking pots and pans, utensils, and a keurig! (Coffee pot available if you prefer).

EXTRAS for your enjoyment: We want you to enjoy your vacation! No need to pack everything - who wants to haul all of that?

We have everything you could possibly need - we have our family's beach "extras" here for you to enjoy. With things like a beach cart, beach chairs, bocce ball, boogie boards, beach umbrella, sand buckets with shovels, board games and a balcony that features a view of the lagoon, the neighboring golf course and the OCEAN. Bring your binoculars or telescope for amazing views day and night! Our condo is a corner unit on the 4th floor and is quiet and extremely comfortable, located near the stairs to help you get those steps in but also has an elevator at each building and all the buildings connect together with a breezeway to make it easier to get to all The Resort offers.

THE RESORT Our resort is gated and offers 4 buildings. We are located in building 2, just between the indoor pool and sauna area and outdoor pool and cabana club. Building 2 has a fabulous quiet sun deck- to help block the wind and get away from it all, as well as a badminton or handball court.

Resort amentities include, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, indoor jogging track, fitness room, plus 6 lighted tennis courts and a bad mitten court, sundeck and park.

BARS AND DINING - (seasonally) We have a Seasonal bar and deli by the pool at building 1 with a wonderful array of everything from food and drinks to sunscreen-t-shirts, beach toys and more. Also, CoCo's on the beach is at the end of the boardwalk where you can grab a cold beverage or a quick bite to eat. Coco's offers clean bathrooms and there is also a beach volley ball court for your enjoyment.

The resort is located on the beach side of William Hilton Parkway, Centrally located mid island 5 miles to Coligny and 10 miles to the Tanger Outlets. No need to haul your groceries, there is a Kroger, Giuseppi's and many shops just across the street in beautiful Shelter Cove and The Fresh Market just 2 miles down. The list of restaurants and shopping in this area are the best of anywhere on the island!

During the busy season (March-October) the shuttle runs back and forth from the start of our private boardwalk pier to the best beach on HHI, for those who would rather ride than stroll down the beautiful pier to the beach.

On the walk along the resort’s private boardwalk, You will see amazing views of multimillion dollar homes and beach life along the 10 minute stroll. There is just no place like our place.
