Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is gorgeous, and the view is spectacular. The only complaints I have were the driveway up to the cabin or coming down from it was hard to tell if anyone else was coming or going in the other two cabins, and if someone was coming up, it forced the person coming down to back up a very steep hill. Complaint two was the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Last complaint was there was only one roll of toilet paper, as a person with Crohn’s it would have been nice to know I would have to supply my own.

This rental is easy to get to but far enough from the road you can’t see anything and you FEEL like you are out in the middle of nowhere. It was no more than 15 minutes to get to downtown Gatlinburg, making it the perfect home base for our weekend, the hot tub, porch, and other amenities added to the experience and was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day walking downtown.

The game room in the basement was really fun and definitely came in handy on the days/ nights it was raining so we stayed in. One thing I will say is please remove any visible cobwebs. There were two big ones in the shower area that if I had a swifter wand I would have taken care them myself.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay felt safe, cozy, and easy! This cabin was easy to find, 10 mins from downtown and still had the woodsy feel to it. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub and games downstairs!

Who’s looking back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here for our New Years Eve anniversary and enjoyed it very much. This was a cozy and comfortable cabin. Perfect for a couples getaway but the game room makes it nice for kids as well. Also had a beautiful view from the decks.

Cozy cabin

No mountain view but the scenery was still stunning! I wish I was back there now!

A great getaway cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking for a quiet week near the Smokey Mountains . This cabin was GREAT. We toured the park daily, loved the diner down the road, and enjoyed the Hot Tub. A very nice location.We enjoyed playing pool on the lower level. The couch was very comfortable.
