Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. This rental is easy to get to but far enough from the road you can’t see anything and you FEEL like you are out in the middle of nowhere. It was no more than 15 minutes to get to downtown Gatlinburg, making it the perfect home base for our weekend, the hot tub, porch, and other amenities added to the experience and was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day walking downtown.

Poor property maintenance and many problems!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a series of problems with our cabin that was rented from elk Springs resort. Upon arrival, we could not get into the cabin with the code needed and reached out to customer service. He was able to get us in in a reasonable amount of time. The first night the heat did not work. The maintenance man came out and said it was working, but it was certainly not. They came out again the second day and did get it working. While in the cabin we found that the air hockey table was weird and the puck would not stay on the table. The basketball hoop was missing batteries. The worst of the trip was that after the snowstorm, the property company elk Springs resort basically said that they are not responsible to clean the driveway or property and left us on our own. They offered us to stay another night at an adult reduce straight, but certainly did not offer any solutions on how to get off of the mountain. The driveway was absolutely horrendous to get in and out of the cabin and it should’ve been their responsibility.

Fun Little Adventure

The layout was a little unexpected in that the top floor was an open loft area with a bed, and the downstairs was where the excitement was. My only real complaint is the staircase was a little wobbly and there was a dvd player with no DVDs to watch. If you’re looking for a simple place to have fun and be able to stay all day at a cabin, then this place is just right for you. Other than the road noise, sitting out on the balcony was calm and relaxing. Definitely and interesting stay overall.

The cabin was just as beautiful as described on the website. Also Elk Springs was communicative, thoughtful, and helpful throughout our whole stay, especially when we had a problem with our hot tub. The check in and check out process was so easy and went smoothly as well. We can't recommend them and the cabin enough!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bed wasn’t overly comfortable. The kitchen table has crumbs on it. There was a clump of hair on the bathroom floor. Someone spilled soda in the cup holder of a chair downstairs that wasn’t cleaned up. The stairs going downstairs are terrifying in my opinion. The downstairs bathroom was used as a storage closet and not usable. There was also an open pocket knife left on the bedside table. One of the lamps in the bedroom was broken and there was a burnt out bulb in the bathroom. The noise from the road was loud. I didn’t feel safe out near the sides of the cabin since it was a steep hill and no fencing to stop you. It was cozy, though, and the sauna tub was lovely. I personally would not book this cabin again, though.

Our Honeymoon Paradise 😍

Had everything we needed that we didn't even want to leave the place to do anything extra around town cause the cabin we booked had it. We highly recommend Elk Springs Resort to book through when it comes to cabin rentals because they have amazing deals/promotions. Staff were very nice and friendly! Before we arrived they sent us directions on how to get to the cabin and they supply your cabin info so all we had to do was go straight there without having to go to the main office. Check in and out process was just that simple! They even call and check on you to see if you need things during the visit which is awesome! We can't wait to go back! Anniversary trip

The tv would not let us connect to our Netflix/ prime etc . There was only a few local channels. There was an almost empty travel size container of tide for us to wash with. The hot tub had clean water but smelled like musk. The next morning the cabin smelled like sewer. The rental agent offered to sent maintenance out for the tv and the sewer but we didn’t get back to t$3 cabin until late Saturday night and leftOn Sunday Morning. Overall it was an okay stay but I feel like for the price it should have been a better stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To be perfectly honest we really didn’t enjoy ourselves at the cabin when you went outside all you heard was the traffic on the road. The cabin had cob webs all over both decks, the washing machine was rusty and dirty, the coffee maker needs to be replaced and you could smell the septic system coming from the toilet in the bathroom, the chairs they had to sit on were all hard and uncomfortable. There was another cabin where ours was at so parking was a pain when you wanted to go somewhere. We didn’t enjoy the stay in the cabin so when we come back we’ll find someplace else to stay.

Elks Springs cabins are always an Enjoyable Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Who's Looking Back was a perfect name I loved all the owl decorations throughout the cabin, the bed was so comfortable plenty of games to play love renting from Elk Springs and absolutely love Tennessee.
