I cannot recommend
We had a great start to our stay here. Unfortunately it ended with the management neglecting to respond after agreeing that a partial refund was in order. We had 3 broken appliances during our stay, we were extremely flexible as we are also vrbo hosts and understand that many times this is out of the control of the host. A host canât control something unexpectedly breaking but they can control how they respond, repair or compensate a guest. When the dishwasher leaked, I notified immediately. The property manager told me the owners were still deciding what to do on day 3. This was quite confusing for me but I remained patient. I asked for a partial refund for the inconvenience and that the listing was not as described without this being repaired or replaced during our stay. She assured me a refund amount was being negotiated. Upon departure (day 10 of not working) management told me I needed to wait until the owners arrived (in 2 days) for a resolution. Again, Iâm not sure why the owners travel schedule dictated taking care of clients but it did. Unfortunately, once the owners arrived the property manager stopped responding- I have corresponded via text, email and here on vrbo. In good conscience I cannot recommend this property when the stay ended in this manner. I would have loved to go into more detail about the actual property but the neglect to respond and take care of a client leaves the mark in the case. This is not good hospitality.
