The views are bursting with wildlife - Herons, Egrets, Ospreys and Bald Eagles show up here regularly, as does the awesome sunrise over the sparkling waters. The unobstructed water views can be enjoyed from all 3 levels of the home.

Paddle board, canoe or kayak on the local waters to mingle with nature, bike to the beach…or take a few steps across the lane to the pool for a swim, or to the gym for a morning workout.

This home is beautifully furnished throughout and well-equipped for large gatherings. A private first floor suite affords an attached sunroom along with a private bath. The large master suite is located on the third floor and boasts a personal sundeck and luxury en suite. There are another 2 beautifully-appointed bedrooms that share an additional full bath.

The home is located in Bayville Shores , a luxury waterfront community, 3.5 miles from the beaches with shopping and excellent restaurants within a mile.

Great location, fantastic rental

Enjoyed a wonderful week. The home is clean, has lovely decor with plenty of space, seating and all we needed in the kitchen. Views from the enclosed back patio are amazing; the bay plus wildlife made it a favorite room. The location to community pool was ideal and only a short drive to the beaches. Communication with owners was superb; they were very responsive throughout the whole process from booking to the end of our rental.

Well Furnished Rental

Well furnished rental with very good furniture, kitchen supplies and plenty of room. The only thing that didn’t work for us is the TV - we are OLD and we just want to turn on the TV and watch something …. It was slightly complicated and we are at an age where “slightly” is a speed bump. I’m sure if we were technologically savvy, it would work fine. Loved the unit and would rent it again!!

Great place for families

Condo was clean and had comfortable decor. The pool in this community was wonderful and a huge hit with my 6 yr old grandsons. Garage was filled with lots of bikes and beach equipment. Our only complaint was actually not a complaint toward the owner - we just failed to notice that linens were not provided until we got check in instructions. This was a huge mistake on our part. Renters should realize that they are expected to bring sheets, towels, paper products, soaps, etc. I vow to make sure we don’t make that mistake in the future, as it makes things rather difficult trying to locate the right size sheets and fit all the extra things in our cars.

Comfortable and Relaxing

This was a great home in a wonderful location. This is a very comfortable home (I slept better than ever!) and immaculate. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. The Florida room on the middle floor was our favorite place to be!

Visit to Delaware Beaches

This is a great vacation home with good access to Delaware and Ocean City beaches. The home is well maintained and comfortable. We like the close access to the excellent pool. This home worked well for me and my family.

Annual Ladies Getaway

Very clean and beautifully appointed townhouse within a short drive to the beach and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood with lovely views of the marsh habitat, from all 3 levels. All in all, a very enjoyable long weekend. Only thing I would add, which is no reflection on the host, is that the community doesn't have provisions for recycling.

Relaxing & Beautiful

The pictures don't do the house justice. There were 7 of us total with plenty of room. Three generations and we all had a wonderful time. House had more room then it looked on the listing. Being right across from the pool was an added bonus. Beautiful sunsets every night!!!

A relaxing and Amazing place

My friends and I had were able to find a perfect rental property to enjoy some of nature’s best creations( beautiful birds and a view of the bay Area) and of course other vacation amenities. It’s definitely family friendly and the host was very helpful. The location is close to Fenwick Island and not too far from Dewey Beach and OC, Md.

Great place near Fenwick

Very nice spacious property near grocery stores, etc. This property was right across from the pool which was great! Nice area to ride bikes. Not too far to travel to beach and other attractions.
