Quiet studio with private bath, located in the affluent community of Dublin Ranch. This first-story guestroom includes keyless entry and contactless check-in/check-out. Your suite is separate from the rest of the home, with the only shared spaces being the driveway and front entrance courtyard.
You'll love the hi-speed WiFi, safe neighborhood, and close proximity to shops, restaurants and entertainment.
Nice location. Street parking. Very small fridge...too small to hold leftovers from restaurants. Good shower. Bathroom sink was too small to fill the electric kettle or to wash dishes in, plus the water never got warm enough to clean dishes. We appreciated the hangers in the closet. There was no pool available, despite that being one of the selling points, and we did not find that out until we had booked the room. Quiet...never heard the home owners.
There are a lot of good thoughts about our stay such as owner being very responsive. The unit being very clean and neat. Comfy bed. Lots of lighting/seating options. Good water flow in shower (but hate the high lip on the shower - stubbed my foot).
For a very short stay this unit works and is priced better than other units within this Dublin community. It's why we picked it. We were here only 2 nights. The "kitchenette" is sufficient for a simple breakfast of coffee/cereal. We also heated up our dinner in the microwave, but overall, count on eating out.
The things that made it less than a 5 star review:
1) That door. Oh. My. Gosh. Get rid of that keyless entry system and replace with another. One that doesn't talk. Beep. Blare. Not lock. Locks you inside. It was an absolutely nightmare. And you need to use two hands to lock it. Yeah, have fun with that when checking out and got a bag in hand. We lost our marbles on that door multiple times. Probably can make several memes of it as our frustration was captured on camera.
2) No A/C. It just became quite unbearable with temperatures over 100 degrees in the summer. The listing is correct. It doesn't indicate there is an A/C. But there really needs to be. You have access to 3 windows to open up at night and cool the place down, but during the day you are just baking. On check out day I had sweat coming out of every pore of my being by 10 AM.
We appreciate our stay, but needs a bit of improvement for it to be 5 star.

My family and I have lived in Dublin for over 20 years and have seen the city blossom. You'll love being close to everything in the city while keeping that small-town feel.
