Pet-friendly, completely renovated, and professionally furnished three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a second-floor condo within a four-unit apartment duplex. It is entirely self-contained and provides a private entrance and private amenities. If more room is needed for your family gathering, this condo can be rented with three other condos in the same duplex and a spacious rear cottage sleeping 33. What a great way to have a family reunion with your own space and not break the bank!
This bright, airy condo includes a full-service kitchen, high-end furnishings, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. It also has central AC, a private balcony, off-street parking, two king-sized bedrooms, and one queen bed, and comfortably sleeps seven.
Enjoy the large fire pit in the backyard, gas grill (shared), or spacious private yard.
LOCATION: Located on the Bayside- you are less than 2 miles from our beautiful Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk! Tax-Free Tanger Outlets less than 2 miles from the condo, and plenty of 5-star dining within walking distance or bike ride. Bring your bikes and enjoy all the lovely bike trails and state parks. You do not have to cross Rt. 1 (Coastal Highway) to Rehoboth Ave- walk down Roosevelt St onto State Rd. It's super easy to walk or bike ride.
PARKING: Assigned parking for two vehicles.
AMENITIES: Ceiling fans, a stackable washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and off-street parking. An electronic keypad system facilitates check-in. A community fire pit, gas grill, charcoal grill, and outdoor shower.Putting green with balls and adjustable clubs are available for guests enjoyment
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. Some amenities are shared; please be courteous to your neighbors. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. Two dogs are permitted, and each dog is charged a pet fee.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
