OVERVIEW: Welcome to Rehoboth Seaclusion Condo, a pet-friendly and Completely Renovated Cottage in Rehoboth Beach. Professionally furnished, bright, and airy, this three-bedroom, one-bathroom beach condo is entirely self-contained and provides a private entrance and amenities. If more room is needed for family gatherings, this cottage can be rented with four other condos and a tiny house in the same community, accommodating 33. What a great way to have a family reunion in your own space and not break the bank! This bright, airy condo includes a full-service kitchen, high-end furnishings, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Sleeping seven comfortable beds, there are two king bed bedrooms and a third bedroom with a queen and twin bed.
LOCATION: Located on the Bayside- you are less than 2 miles from our beautiful Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk! Tax-Free Tanger Outlets are less than 2 miles from the condo, and plenty of 5-star dining is within walking distance or bi e ride. Bring your bikes and enjoy all the lovely bike trails and stat parks. You do not have to cross Rt. 1 (Coastal Highway) to get to Rehoboth Ave- walk down Roosevelt St onto State Rd. Super easy walk or bike ride.
PARKING: Assigned parking for two vehicles.
AMENITIES: Ceiling fans, a stackable washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and off-street parking. An electronic keypad system facilitates check-in. A community fire pit, gas grill, charcoal grill, and outdoor shower.Putting green with balls and adjustable clubs are available for guests enjoyment
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. Some amenities are shared; please be courteous to your neighbors. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. Two dogs are permitted, and each dog is charged a pet fee. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
