Welcome to the ideal House for couples, working vacations, or families. Our House is Located only 7 blocks from the historic Whiskey Row, a short 15 minute walk, 5 minute drive or $4 dollar Uber. There is even a trail head to one of Acker Parks trail loops a stones throw away. You'll love the great proximity to all that Prescott has to offer but still appreciate the privacy of our quiet hidden House.

The space
Our 2 bedroom House , is a recently renovated, 900+ square foot house built in 1964. You'll find plenty of windows throughout the house offering an abundance of natural light. There is also High Speed WiFi internet access. There is a covered carport on the side of the house with room for one car.

The front deck features a pair of comfortable outdoor chairs and a patio table.

The house's family room has comfortable seating, a 50” HD flat screen Smart TV with access to all of your video streaming services. We provide access to Netflix and Amazon Prime Video or simply sign in to get your personal content.

The House's kitchen is fully equipped and includes All kitchenware and appliances(aside from a dishwasher), A selection of spices for use by our culinary minded guests, a Keurig coffee maker with a selection of pods, and some basic food items that we welcome our guests to use.

The house features two equally appointed bedrooms, both containing a very comfortable Queen size bed and 50" HD flat screen Smart TV with access to video streaming services. There is an ample closet, night stands with powered USB ports, and a large dresser.

Please note this is strictly a non-smoking house, however, you are welcome to smoke on the front or back deck.

Other than Certified Service Animals, No pets are allowed at this time. We do not view Certified Service Animals as pets, and are happy to make arrangements for these wonderful companions, however, under no circumstances are cats allowed, as the owners are both severely allergic.

ALL reservations are subject to approval.

You’ll have complete access to the entire property and all of it amenities!
Other things to note
We appreciate that guests love the decor in our home, so much so that, occasionally guests take some of our decor home with them! We have also had guests sneak pets onto the property without talking to us first about it. Due to the frequency of this occurring we have been forced to add a security deposit to cover damages to the home and missing decor and extra cleaning fees resulting from pets staying on the premises.
-please refrain from eating in the bedrooms.
-Candles are for decorative purposes only. Do NOT burn
-No essential oil diffusers
-No smoking of ANY kind inside
-All dishes must be washed prior to check out
-You must be notified when you check out
-Requests to ship left items will incur the cost of shipping as well as a 25$ convenience fee
-Makeup is to be removed by black make up towels only. Damaged linens will incur a linen fee
