Œuvre d'art, design primé, maison de 7 chambres avec piscine dans la cour privée et terrasse à Rehoboth Beach, DE, à un mile de la plage. 2 étages salle à manger avec cheminée peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 12 personnes. Chef de cuisine avec îlot central avec évier en marbre de préparation, refroidisseur de vin et machine à glaçons. Adjacent salon de 2 étages avec home cinéma et portes-fenêtres donnant sur la cour intérieure. Les lignes entre intérieur et extérieur sont floues par les 27 portes de verre français dans toute la maison, la plupart avec vue sur l'ouverture ou à étonnante piscine paysagée et d'une terrasse bain à remous avec mur de verre. Dîner en plein air dans la cour tandis que les sons de l'eau apaisante descendant de la cascade vous transportent dans un petit paradis privé. Premier étage comprend une cuisine, salle à manger, salon, 2 chambres avec Jack et Jill salle de bains, une suite parentale avec mini-bar, 3 douche de tête et douche de pont, salle d'eau et salle de lavage. 2ème étage dispose de 3 chambres avec salles de bains, 2 terrasses, 2 salle de lavage. 2ème étage garage in-law suite comprend énorme chambre à coucher avec salle de bains et une petite cuisine.

Wades Court Idyllic Holiday

Everything was first rate from start to finish. The property was immaculate and perfectly maintained. It's a beautiful home comfortably furnished with modern architecture that had a New England feel. Everything worked! The layout is perfect for large families. We had two families of four, a family of 2, and an elderly single. All accommodations were pretty much private and all had accompanying baths. The common area was perfect for family gatherings. The Dining Room was huge and accommodated everyone at the same time. The house was more than perfectly stocked. The pool area was lavishly furnished but perfect for fun and relaxation. The owner was gracious and communicated promptly with us whenever required. In addition to the usual manual, we had a 45 minute walk through by one of the home's residents who stayed in regular contact if we had any questions. The house came with a great supply of toys, beach equipment and even kids' bicycles. The driveway accommodated three cars easily and on street parking for guests was no problem. The neighborhood is quiet and the cul de sac location is great for kids. We had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave!!!!

Amazing Family Getaway

This house was perfect for our party of 11, which included 3 young children and 2 toddlers. The cribs, high chairs, outlet covers, toys and swing set were a huge bonus for us! The layout was great for constant, comfy socializing. Master bedroom was amazing! Kitchen was stocked with spices, oils and other pantry items which is always a plus. The outdoor space was amazing! We had family workouts by the pool almost every morning! The only downside was that the outdoor shower wasn't clean/usable and some of the pool features weren't operating as expected (heat, waterfall, pool cover drain). The neighborhood is beautiful and close to everything...definitely worth the 5 minute drive to the beach. The owner was always responsive, friendly and accommodating. **heads up: due to the pandemic, the owners don't provide bed linens, blankets, pillows, towels for safety measures so just be sure pack those items.

A really easy process in renting this property. The home is amazing with great amenities and living space. The layout of the kitchen and great room spilling out to the deck made for a great experience. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet. The proximity to Rehoboth Ave and the beach, shopping and restaurants is really convenient

The house was lovely. The owner wonderful

I do not think the owner is getting a good deal on cleaning. Some beds did not have sheets. The sofa have not be cleaned for a long time. They do not pull out pillows and sweep crumbs or food . The kitchen was as stocked as just great. The only real complaint is it was hot hot hot in main room and kitchen and dining room. We were unable to do anything to lower temp.

Great house for family fun!

This beautiful home was perfect for our family of 11 with ample space for children to play indoors and out. The pool and hot tub were perfectly sized for us to enjoy at all hours thanks, in part, to the pool toys in the garage. The outdoor dining table provided ample space for eating and game playing. It's a 4 minute ride to the beach (depending on traffic) for fun on the boardwalk. All-in-all, one of our best vacations ever!

Great weekend

This house had everything as advertised and then some. Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. Pool, grill, and all other amenities are nicely kept, very clean and made for a wonderful stay. The communication with David throughout couldn’t have been better. I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit the Delaware shore. Thanks for the memories

Would stay again!

This home is a beautiful as the photos and was very accommodating, spacious and comfortable for our Thanksgiving gathering of 14. We found the kitchen to be well equipped with double ovens, plenty of cookware, serving pieces, dishes, utensils and glassware. The second frig in the garage was a tremendous help. Many could gather around the immense island for prep work, chatting, drinking and nibbling. We did all agree however that the cleaning crew could have done a bit better before our arrival in that we needed to give the counters an improved wipe down before we got started. The dining room with fireplace was a lovely setting for our feast where we all fit around one table. Everyone was comfortable in their bedrooms. I can personally attest to the comfort of the bed in the master which had a very comfortable mattress, pillows and bedding. Its own temperature control was a big plus. Hot tub and large screen TV for football enjoyed! The neighborhood is lovely for walking and house is just a short ride to town for shopping and beach strolling. Owner was very accommodating to questions and needs. Would stay again!

Very Suited For Our Needs

The home provide a great setting for our weekend beach getaway. In fact, the home was so amazing that we moved out beach day to the home for an amazing pool day. The home was spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. The owner and his on call contact was very helpful as well, checking to make sure we were ok. I would rent this home again.

lovely home - was good size for our family but will need some refreshing soon.

The location was very nice - not as close to the beach as we had hoped. Having the pool was exactly what we needed with the kids and evenings to entertain them.Hot tub was a disappointment - many of the jets were not working. The house is a great size and the master bedroom is great - however quite damp. While they did provide bath towels - there were only 2 per room. There were however plenty of beach/pool towels. We would stay again and would recommend the property.

Beautiful home and pool! This is the perfect vacation home!

Look no further! This stunning home has all you need for a beautiful vacation! We recently stayed here with my extended family and had a wonderful time! The home layout is spacious and well suited to festive gatherings! The property owner, David, is wonderful as well and was a pleasure to rent from! We enjoyed staying at the house and relaxing by the pool best of all. The home is in a great location, close to everything. We enjoyed being able to jump into the pool and cool off after a beach day as well. Overall it was a wonderful and relaxing family vacation!

Amazing, beautifully appointed home

Dear David, Our family really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. It was a great week! The kids loved the pool and had volleyball challenges everyday. It is equipped with everything and the layout is perfect. The courtyard was my favorite spot and where we congregated the most. It is beautifully decorated and close to everything, shopping, dining, etc We would definitely love to come back.

Father's Day weekend to remember!!

What a beautiful home! Spacious and so accommodating. We were so close to the beach, but hardly wanted to leave home. The pool and hot tub were awesome, being able to heat the pool was wonderful considering we had small children. Each bedroom is spacious and so comfortable. Lots of beach towels and linens. Kitchen was fully stocked! We loved this home and are considering making it an annual trip. Thanks David, everything was perfect :)

Awesome House!

We had a great time over the Memorial day weekend and the house is awesome. It is fully equipped with everything you need, including an audio system throughout the house and courtyard where you could stream your own music. The heated pool and hot tub were great. Overall, the property is very well maintained, and the owner provides towels and sheets which is a real plus. David was also great to deal with and was very responsive to any questions or issues that came up. We would absolutely rent this property again.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

This was our 5th annual family get together at the beach. The house was very well maintained. The kitchen was very well equipped. We prepared and served a complete Thanksgiving dinner for 17 using only the equipment, dishes and silverware supplied by the owner. Parking for 5 cars in the driveway. Pool and hot tub were very well maintained. Heating was controlled by several thermostats well placed throughout the house. Linen and towels were provided by the owner - beds were all made when we arrived. This was a real plus for us because no one needed to bring sheets or towels. Audio throughout the house. Great television and wifi. The owner was very responsive to several special requests. We would rent this property again.

A perfect place to have for our family of 13! Our children and grands loved the house & amenities!

The house and outside amenities were beautiful and accommodated our family of 13. The pool and waterfall were great for the grandchildren and the adults loved soaking in the hot tub. One night we had dinner in the gracious dining room. The other nights we cooked and ate outside in the courtyard. I hope we can go back!

Fantastic House

This was our second time staying at this home and we will definitely rent it again. The home is pretty much every bit of the description. The lush courtyard with waterfall in the pool provided endless hours of fun for the kids, with countless rooms opening to the pool deck, which made keeping an eye on the kids pretty easy. The house is extremely well appointed and maintained, and upon our arrival the housekeeper greeted us and answered any questions we had. Also, the owner, David, was great... he was available by phone or text any time we had a question. The house has plenty of space and each of the rooms are in different areas or sections of the house, making it quiet and private. The house is well stocked for cooking, serving and dining. Every one in our group was so happy with this house.

Beautiful Home in Rehoboth

My review is very late but that is no reflection on this wonderful home we rented June 2015. We did encounter a major problem upon arrival that should not have happened but it was quickly taken care of. The home is beautiful, very clean and spacious. We loved the pool! The pool was used daily by the adults and children. We were a party of 12 arriving from NY, GA, WA and IL. Since I was the person arranging the rental I was hoping the home met with everyone's approval. No complaints about the home or amenities from any of us. In fact we are starting to plan another trip to Rehoboth July 2017. Everyone wants to stay at this house again! Thank you for a wonderful week in Rehoboth!

I built my dream house with a spacious courtyard with pool and waterfall being the center of the home...an extension of the indoors and bringing the outdoors in. When all the french doors are open, it feels like you are living in a resort, where there are no boudries between the outside and inside. My passion for architecture, art and cooking has influenced every part of the design of this home. As a real estate developer, I unsured the highest level quality in construcion and materials. I'm sure you will fall in love with this house as I have.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I have been coming to Rehoboth Beach for 25 years and wanted to build a house close enough to the beach, yet with enough property to build a large house with expansive pool courtyard. This setting is idealic with privacy near the end of a cul de sac bordered by woods, yet close enough to shops and dining in town. You can walk or bike to town which is under a mile, and a wonderful hiking, biking, jogging trail which goes from Rehoboth to Historic Lewis, is just one block from Canal Corkran. This is turly the best of all worlds in a Spa like setting.
