This is one of the most stunning oceanfront condos in Alii Villas.
OUR RESPONSE TIME is less than one hour on inquiries!!
Totally upgraded and set up for your comfort. Sleeps 4 people comfortably with walk in showers in both bathrooms, high end appliances and fully equipped kitchen. Free Wifi and flat screen television. Located on the 3rd floor with two flights of stairs. Parking is located right in front of the stairwell. Alii Villas is centrally located between Kona town and Keauhou. NOTE there is no air conditioning in this unit.
Alii Villas has a heated pool, BBQ and picnic area and oceanfront shoreline access.
For land lovers, Alii Drive is one of Kona's most popular stretches for runners, walkers and bicyclists, and is well-known for being the start of the marathon leg of the Ironman World Championship.
All reservations are required to digitally sign a rental agreement between the person booking and and property manager to be confirmed.
For golfers, the Keauhou Country Club is a 15-min drive to the south and for the anglers, Kona is famous for its world class deep sea fishing. Alii Villas is also a 15 minute drive from the Keauhou Shopping Center, offering several restaurants, cinemas, groceries, drug store, clothing and other shopping. Traveling along the ocean up Alii Drive to the north about 5 minutes is downtown Kailua-Kona with more restaurants & shopping and Kailua Bay.

The condo is well equipped with most items you will need for an island experience. Kitchen essentials, beach gear, books along with an amazing view of the bay.

Beautiful views, wonderful condo!

The views from the lanai was unbeatable! Beautiful views and warm island breezes - perfect for watching dolphins and whales. The kitchen was fully stocked with the necessities and the beds were very comfortable. The condo could do with a new set of linens. A wonderful surprise was the available beach items for use - towels, chairs, mats, boogie boards, large cooler, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mahalo for sharing your condo with us!

Relaxing

We had such a wonderful stay. Hearing the ocean all night was so relaxing and we really enjoyed the beautiful view. We even walked into town with no problem. The kitchen was well stocked too.

Wonderful place to stay!

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. It was so nice and perfect. We really enjoyed the lanai and the view. Great location too. Will come and stay again.

Great view

Overall fine option and good location, especially during busy Ironman week. Lack of air conditioning was not a major issue with sufficient fans and cross breezes — and very spacious balcony. Agree with other reviews that this unit would benefit from updates, especially in terms of beds, linens and bathroom amenities.

The unit was just as presented. We loved hearing the waves crash while eating on the spacious lanai. It was well appointed and we would love to come back.

Absolutely wonderful

The view!! The whole time our 'home' was comfortable (beds included) and spacious and the balcony is also great. Again, absolutely wonderful. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Just what we needed

We reserved the apartment for ocean view. I’m going to miss the lanai, watching the sunsets and sipping morning coffee. Falling asleep to ocean has been restorative. Convenient location. Everything we needed for a beach day is provided, towels, chairs, umbrella. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Property!

We loved our stay here. The view is amazing. During one storm we enjoyed watching the waves crashing over the wall. We saw dolphins right outside on the water, and of course, whales too, in the distance. It was a great location, easy walking distance to all the shops. (about a mile). It was very clean, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The beds were comfy, and so was the furniture. The lanai was huge! Overall, a beautiful place and location.

Comfortable, clean and well-appointed condo with great ocean view and sounds of the waves drowning out all but the occasional noise from the pool below (which belongs to the next condo complex).

Ironman stay

Older building but nicely updated. No A/C but cooled off nicely with cross breeze and we enjoyed listening to the surf. Very comfortable with separate bedrooms/bathrooms allowing for privacy. Nice selection of beach chairs, mats, umbrellas, coolers which was appreciated. Note: pool in photo does not belong to this complex. Easy walk into town or can take the shuttle.

Kona Stay

This condo was nicely decorated and very clean. Plenty of towels and extra bedsheets were provided. The beds were comfortable, although the small bedroom could use a fresh mattress set. The view is outstanding as the condo is right at the oceanfront. This unit has no air conditioning, so even though ocean breezes tended to keep things comfortable, it did occasionally get hot. Also, people noise from the pool directly below the balcony was sometimes bothersome. Overall, an enjoyable stay close to everything.

Gorgeous view

I have never booked an ABnb before so I was a bit nervous. Don’t be the view on the losing is the view you get to see every single moment. We watched beautiful sunsets over the ocean, saw cruise ships come to visit and were able to see people swimming the Ironman course. When we arrive there was a packet of Kona coffee and coffee filters already here. Most of the supplies we would need such laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc was also available. Also include were beach towels and Beachey items. Even though there was no AC with the fan on and the lanai doors open it was really cool. Most mornings I had to pull up a cover to keep warm. Very quiet most of the time. Are agent (Dawn) was fantastic. Any concern I have I would email and always got a quick response and action was taken as soon as possible. This was my first visit to Hawaii but it will not be my last. When I return I will definitely want to stay in Alii Villages.

Couldn’t find better

The condo checked every box we had. Easy to find, close to town, beautiful views, and spacious. Had a small issue with the shower in the spare bathroom and let them know- it was fixed asap! There are 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, mats and 2 coolers (a hard rolling one and a soft sided one) that made it perfect for our adventures to the beach. If we come back- we will definitely book here again!

Oceanfront Excellence

Nice condo with everything you’d need and a Lanai we spent almost all of our time on, when in the condo, and not sleeping. Amazing sunset views and views of Bay and across to the Village. East parking situation with expected walk up to a 3rd Floor unit. Perfect for our Family of 3, especially 15yr old son. The 2nd BR/shower was perfect as was having the W/D right in Unit. As another Review mentions, the Pool in the pictures is that of the adjacent property’s and could get busy at times but nothing that bothered us a bit.

Clean and Welcoming

Very spacious and clean unit that looks directly out into ocean. We were able to see dolphins playing one morning. Great breeze that comes through. Large lanai. We did have to call Dawn, property manager up one night as the INSIDE "safety" latch somehow shut itself while we were away. She was up there instantly to resolve the issue. Location was great, although if you're looking for walking distance to Kailua town, it might be a bit of a stretch. I was going for oceanfront and it was spot on for that. Only thing I would add that mislead a bit was the photo from the lanai looking out over a pool. That is not this properties pool - it is the complex next door. Not a huge issue, just something to point out.
