Very short drive to Dollywood, Tanger outlets and various other Sevier county attractions.

The place was very clean and easy to get to. Check in was smooth also. Great location just minutes from Pigeon Forge. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Communication was on point, the place is adorable! Met all our needs besides maybe a few extra towels. Next time we’re in town we will definitely try the Notch first! Easy check in, easy to find and CLEAN! Great coffee shop in walking distance, breakfast place and highly recommend pinchies! Centrally located but out of the hustle of town 5 stars and lots of love for the Notch!

Really enjoyed the space and location!

Communication with James was quick and helpful. Location had several DELICIOUS restarants in walking distance. Kitchen stocked ... had all we needed. Loved two full bathrooms one with a wonderful bathtub! We will be back.

A quick weekend for attending a mountain wedding. Great location away from the main traffic road but close enough for everything you would want to do. Well appointed with everything you would need for longer stays and nicely designed interior.

Festive location

Downtown Sevierville has a lot of charm and it is surprisingly quiet, which made our stay and perfect respite from the hustle and bustle of the otherwise very tourist heavy weekend. The restaurants were terrific, especially Seasons 101, and we were able to walk to most of our meals. Staying here, we were still plenty close to all the action, but quietly tucked away right on the fringe of it. The description of the property is spot on. Very comfortable, very clean. A little noisy at times outside, but only because it's so quiet otherwise.

Home away from home

Super clean & just like the listing. This property was super cute and quaint. I felt very safe staying here as the fire department and police department were a walk away. Check in process was super easy. One complaint I do have is the tub’s water was not hot but there is a shower in the other bathroom so that wasn’t a problem. The outdoor lights were so pretty at nighttime. I would love to stay here again! The beds, the lighting, it’s just a very beautiful, homey property. Much love from South Carolina!

Nice Weekend Condo

The condo is in the center of the city. Easy to walk to restaurants and bars and city viewing. Beds were comfortable but small. No stove but provided air fryer and electric stove top. Limited space to put things away. No closets. Spacious living room. Upstairs but one floor once you get in. Outside patio to drink your coffee. Very convenient place.

This place is absolutely adorable and full of personality


.old beams and doors, uneven wooden floors mixed with modern, classy decor! Comfy beds and lots of hot water for that sweet bathtub! The pool table was a fun bonus. Will visit again!
