It’s worth every penny, very clean, great location and the host is very nice and fast to respond to emails. The house is big and clean and has just about anything you need. Beds are comfortable. We normally do our yearly girls trips in October stayed at this location 2 years ago he didn’t have any openings in October just a few days in September so we moved our trip to be able to stay at this house. We will definitely be back. Thanks for everything Mr. Frank and Ms. Debbie

Very spacious, I loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom. Beautiful view anytime of the day. The only thing I would add would be a cover over the porch. And maybe a dishwasher..lol We will definitely book this property again. I would recommend this property to my friends and family.Host lives next door and is very attentive if you need anything.

Great to get out of town and enjoy the countryside.

Lovely respite from the chaos of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We were out on acres with a great view but close enough to town for anything that we needed. Owners are very accessible for any issues that may arise. Definitely recommend this accommodation if you are staying in the area.

By far the best house we stayed in!!! Wish it was more than two days. The owners thought of everything. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. The location was great. Away from everything but near to the attractions. Fireworks each night were bonus. We will be back

A mountain view for family and friends

My family and I have stayed at numerous VRBO's throughout the United States. This one was by far one of the best properties we have ever encountered. Our host was exceptional when communicating with me throughout our stay. The house is perfectly arranged for a small family reunion or getaway. It's relaxing, well stocked with supplies, clean, and built to make you feel like you are in a second home. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for some peace and quite with beautiful mountain views.

House was perfectly set up for a family, and pets. Great location close to attractions, but still has a country feel. Frank and Ded were quick to answer questions and take care of things if needed. Will definitely look to book again

Lovely Home

Beautiful home, lots of space, easy check in and check out. There are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms so you may want to bring a small fan if you get hot. We found a box fan in the pantry the next morning. Host was very friendly and quick to respond. Would 100% stay here again. The area is beautiful, nice view from the deck, close enough to main attractions but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet.

Perfect Home for Our Annual Women's Retreat – Accessible, Comfortable, and Beautiful

We are a group of eight ladies who gather each year to attend a women’s Christian conference in Pigeon Forge. As many in our group are elderly, finding a one-level rental with easy accessibility has become increasingly important—and Frank and Debbie’s home is absolutely perfect for us.There are just three small steps to get onto the front porch, leading into a spacious single-level home. The walk-in showers and wide doorways made it easy for those using walkers to navigate comfortably. The location is ideal—no steep mountain roads to worry about, and it’s just a short drive to shopping and the conference center.The home offers breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains and is incredibly well stocked. We had everything we needed—plenty of towels, washcloths, dishcloths, dish towels, and pot holders (items that are often lacking in other rentals). The pantry was thoughtfully supplied with basic seasonings and staples, which we really appreciated.Frank and Debbie were quick to respond to any questions or issues, and their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. This was our second year staying in their home, and we’ve already booked it again for next year.Just a note for future guests: there is no dishwasher, so be prepared to wash dishes by hand. That said, the comfort and beauty of the home more than make up for it. Highly recommend!
