This cute , second floor studio is literally 100 feet from the centennial trail and the bluff overlooking the beautiful Spokane River. We're located less than 2 miles from downtown and Riverfront Park. The building has secure storage, a covered patio, gas firepit and a BBQ area. There are 5 steps up to the main building entry from the parking area, and 15 steps up to the second floor studio entry from the foyer.
Property was clean, easily accessible, and in a convenient location. While Spokane isnât the safest city, I still felt incredibly safe here and felt comfortable leaving all my items. The property owners are lovely people and I would definitely stay here again if Iâm in the area!
The little apartment is equipped with everything you could need, including cream for our coffee. The hosts were the best part. They helped us and offered help for anything we needed, as myself and my husband are older and a little challenged when it comes to stairs. YOU WILL NEVER FIND NICER HOSTS AND THAT MAKES THE STAY GREAT!
We stayed here during a convention we were attending and it was a quick trip from here to the convention center. My only issue was that there is not privacy blinds on the bathroom window and I was uncomfortable going in and out of the shower and chose to shower in the dark because of it. Other than that, the place was great!
The ABB was exactly how it was described. The hosts kept in touch leading up to and including my stay. I will be staying with them on my next visit to Spokane! Thank you for the hassle free visit! Kristine
I and my partner stayed at the studio for a 1-week Spokane holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts are friendly and very helpful. They were very quick to answer any questions and the instructions for everything were clear. The studio itself is compact but the space is well used and it has everything you would need for a week's stay. The house is lovely, and we also enjoyed the outdoor bbq area. The place is located right next to a very beautiful part of the centennial trail. I would definitely stay here again!
