This is the second time we've stayed at this location, and it has been a consistently comfortable, easy to find place at a great value. The host is very communicative and welcoming.
We found this apartment perfectly fine for the two nights we stayed there. The location was almost walking distance from our relative we were there to visit. We were grateful to find a dog-friendly place to stay in Spokane. Thanks for that. The steps down to get to the door were a little awkward, tho, especially for an older person (like me!).
We were 5 adults . We used 2 bedrooms & 2.convertible couches in the Living Room .We cooked breakfast using 2-HotPlates - 1-sausage, 1- Eggs. Good sized Refrigerator. The Stay was comfortable, the price was right, the Owner was very nice. It is a good place to stay for events & points of interest.
Great place to stay while visiting friends and family. It was clean, simple, and comfortable with all needs met. The WiFi works well, the bed is big and comfortable (assuming both, I can only speak for the one I used), and itâs reasonably priced. The neighborhood was also nice for walking around my dog. It is an apartment on the bottom floor so you will hear others existing around you, but it was truly nothing out of the ordinary if youâve stayed or lived in apartments or have spent much time in a city. The hosts were friendly and offer a nice place to stay! Definitely would stay again next time Iâm in the area.
OK, for the most part. Location was very convenient. Bed linens smelled musty. And the people upstairs stomped around every morning at about 5:30, which was very frustrating.
Host was on-site and very hospitable. The rental had just been renovated and a couple items still had to be done. Great for a short stay. Kitchenette for warming items. Great neighborhood.
Good location, clean , but could not get into the information about rules , where to leave the key. Water pressure in the shower needs to be addressed, but i would stay here again.
The space was great for our family of 4 +2 dogs. Easy check-in/check-out and the host was very easy to reach when needed. Would love to see an outdoor space and it looks like that project is planned/in progress. If our travels bring us back to Spokane we will look for this property again.
Would be great to have a guest bookâwe found some fun dog-friendly places to visit nearby and would have liked to share with future guests.
This was a great little get away spot for us. 2 good sized bedrooms and a comfy living room. Host was quick to respond when we could not get in (our fault). Front door was a little sticky to open but it had been raining a lot. Nice bathroom and a good hot shower! Kitchen had needed appliances for us. If anyone is a coffee drinker like us they have a 5 cup coffee pot. Stairs were not an issue for us and lights turned on as we went down them at night.
We can for a weekend wedding. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids! Highly recommend! Not ADA though. You have to walk down some awkward stairs to get to the door. The kids thought it was so fun!
First impression was not good. The front door was sticky so I wasnât sure if it was unlocked or not. A lot of things had dust on them like the TV tops certain shelving and drawers. The carpet is not pretty, but it is clean. The room with the queen bed was next to the bathroom, the water softener, and the furnace. Due to its location, it was very noisy in that room,I would not call it stylish it was more like late grandmother early garage sale. Kitchen was adequate, but the pots, pan utensils seems dated and didnât look really clean. Manager of the property was excellent, and the neighborhood was nice and safe. I would stay again, but not with the same people that came with me as they are much more picky than I and their opinion was influencing this review.
The place was clean and everything was freshly laundered. It was a great spot for me, my husband and our young puppy. The only drawback was it didn't have a full oven or stove. It instead has a toaster oven and hot plate. Although that worked for us and our purposes. This was WAY better than staying at a hotel especially long term (2 weeks).
The apartment was great very clean very organized. Great place to take my dogs as well. If I were to say one thing that could improve, it would be the steps going down to the apartment weâre OK but not great if you had your hands full thereâs no rain And it will need to be repaired because it looks like this site is in however itâs still a five star. It was a great place to stay and the people upstairs were awesome. They even gave us some jackfruit that they had extra! Iâd stay here again.
Our family of 5 and our 2 puppies enjoyed our weekend stay in the apartment while we were visiting extended family in Spokane. The inside of the apartment was clean and more spacious than we expected. The kitchen is a little small, but served our needs as we didnât need to cook any big meals. There isnât a stove or oven, but there is an air fryer, toaster oven, some cooking plates and a decent sized refrigerator/freezer. We could hear someone playing around on the piano upstairs one morning and a few footsteps from tine to time, but otherwise it was a quiet and comfortable stay. Timothy was easy to communicate with and we would definitely consider staying here again.
This place had ample space for a small family. It was relatively clean, comfortsble and convenient to many Spokane sights. There were plenty of towels and kitchen appliances for preparing meals. This place is perfect if you prefer a cooler environment. It was too cold for us. The apartment has very cold AC and no way to control it. It must be adjusted by the iqner upstairs. The yard is partially mowed and partially fenced in. In general, we found it yo be a good place to stay while visiting 3 nights.
This was the second time we stayed at this property, one year apart. This year, it was not very clean like it was last year and the air fryer didnât work well enough to heat a frozen food for my son.
Fortunately, the beds did seem to be clean and comfortable. I think there needs to be more attention paid to details throughout the rest of the property. One example is that there was a significant amount of dust around a dying house plant that I watered.
I still have not decided if I will stay here again next summer as I drive through Spokane because it was incredibly easy to check in and I like that it is near Trader Joeâs, a pizza place, and gorgeous Manitoba park.
