Comfortable house. Very clean. You will find everything you need, and there's no rush to go to a CVS to get something before arriving. The house needes some maintenance, mostly outside.

Well appointed home made for a great girls weekend

We had a great weekend! The photos accurately depict this rental property. We enjoyed the pool, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had just about every item needed. The only con is that the house is very close to the airport so there is quite a bit of air traffic at certain times of day. We got u it. it.

Perfect getaway

Traveled from Cali for a family reunion. This home easily accommodated 4 adults and 8 kids. The house was clean and well stocked. Although I wished it had the cooking staples such as salt, pepper, sugar ect. The pool was a hit with the kids. They spent early mornings and late evening swimming. I did appreciate the well stocked beach supplies in the garage. Near Lido and Siesta Key beach with a short drive. Which was a plus. Overall, our family was not disappointed. Will definitely consider coming back next time in Florida!

Beautiful home

House is beautiful!! Juliano & Laise went above and beyond in stocking extras for guests arrival. There was a large basket of goodies, fully stocked coffee bar, toiletries in all the bathrooms. House is very clean. Plenty of space for our family of 5. We were there for my daughter’s wedding 10/6/24. Unfortunately, we had to evacuate a day early due to Hurricane Milton. Julia o & Laise were very easy to work with and accommodating to us with everything.

Florida family vacation

We were disappointed on the fact that we thought the beach was 2 blocks from this vrbo when in reality there is no beach only the ocean. So your still driving to a beach area maybe that was our misunderstanding. We also had issues with items not available from the sheets for the pull out couch bed to the soap for the dishwasher. We had to message the host and wait for a response. The vrbo was nice and clean, but don’t expect to have any extras in the kitchen like spices, oil etc. We loved the pool and our family had a great time, but just a few issues.

Ideal Property for Family Get-Together

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Cozy Coastal Farmhouse. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The attention to detail from the décor to the updated amenities really sets this property apart. Every room is comfortable and inviting, and the three full bathrooms meant there was never a wait. This spacious home was ideal for our family gathering. The weather gods smiled on us, allowing us to hang out on the lanai and in the refreshing, heated pool. The kitchen is perfect for family meals and stocked with every appliance you might need. We loved cooking and then eating all together in the ample dining area.The neighborhood itself is quiet and family-friendly, adding to the overall charm of the stay. It's a lovely area to stroll around, and with the ocean view just at the street corner, it made morning walks a delightful treat!Overall, our experience at the Cozy Coastal Farmhouse exceeded all expectations. Whether you're planning a family reunion or just a vacation with friends, I highly recommend this wonderful home.

Perfect home for multiple families

This beautiful home was absolutely perfect for our family getaway! 2 families with kids, 5, 4 and 1 1/2. It truly felt so welcoming, a home away from home: Much time was spent in the heated pool. (Upon request) stress was easily taken away knowing that our 5 year old could reach the bottom of the pool throughout. Our 1 1/2 year old boy enjoyed watching the planes fly overhead! I know some people have complained about the airplanes but we thought it was pretty cool to see! Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. If you walk to the stop sign you can see the water, take a little walk towards the water and watch the sunset. The owners did a wonderful job keeping necessities handy, supplies for a family with kiddos like a height chair, pack and play and baby swing. we also tried our first espresso shot with their machine! Very truly happy with our stay and we are already talking about coming back again. Highly recommend!

Clean, well stocked house

My husband and I had a home we rented on VRBO in Nokomis that we recently sold. This was our first time back to the area for a Celebration of Life for my father. We had high expectations and were not disappointed. We got in late and had a couple issues that were resolved quickly after speaking with Juliano. He was very attentive and responsive. The house was well appointed. The location gave us easy access to Lido beach and the close proximity to the airport was convenient as our son flew in for the weekend and my aunt and uncle flew in for the week. The layout worked well for the five of us, giving everyone their own space. The beach chairs were appreciated and having separate beach towels for the pool was a nice touch. I read a review about the planes and yes, when outside in the pool it is loud but only for a brief few moments. Inside it was not noticeable. The flights were not during the night, last being around 11pm. It wasn't an issue for any of us. When we come back to Sarasota we will definitely see if the house is available!

Nice and cozy

We enjoyed the house very much. It is clean and tastefully decorated. The owner is very thoughtful and provides all kinds of supplies around the house which makes things very convenient for travelers.

Great Family Vaca Home

Great house for six adults and three kids ranging from seven, three and one year old! They had everything ranging from a baby monitor, stroller, wagon for beach, crib, high chair, and even kid cups/bowls/etc. Along with being fully equipped with baby needs, they had everything we needed for a beach set up. We enjoyed our stay!

I LOVE beach and nature, in fact, I got married on a small island in Brazil near Salvador, BA. I love flowers, grapes, and nature. Juliano, my husband, is a product designer/engineer who enjoys solving problems.

My husband and I were both born in Brazil; I was born on a small island in Bahia, so my passion for beach and waves is undeniable, hence our home in Sarasota, FL. We enjoy meeting new people, learning about different cultures, and more importantly hosting families. We're very respectful, friendly, and responsive. Our goal is for you to have a memorable stay, we’ve worked very hard to create a delightful experience. INFANT/BABY EQUIPMENT:
We provide a pack 'n play, an umbrella stroller, a highchair, and kids dinnerware.

BEDDING/TOWELS:
Linens, pillows, bath and pool towels are provided for each person.

KITCHEN:
We have a fully stocked kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a beautiful island with three chairs. We supply dinnerware plus kid-friendly dinnerware, silverware, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheet, toaster, blender, crock pot, air fryer, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, flex brew coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer).

GRILLING:
A gas grill and propane tank are provided. Please feel free to use the remaining fuel in the propane tank. The tank can be exchanged (as needed) by guests for about $20 at any local hardware store.

ACCESSIBILITY:
All bathrooms are equipped with a grab bar in the shower, a shower and bath mat, and toilet support rail adjustable grab bar.

House sleeps 8 adults + 4 kids with friendly bedding options.

BEACHES:
This home is centrally located allowing convenient access to all of Sarasota and Bradenton beaches.
